I had trouble getting the warranty set up online. Chatted with Mitch on website and he was very helpful, patient, and kind. My purchase was registered and all questions answered.

Got this recommendation from our chiropractor - I didn’t even get to try it! My husband snatched it (when I received the product) and started testing it out first! He says it’s really relaxing (I got to use it when he’s sleeping). I like the different modes (not very intuitive until I had it attached and going through the different modes; then it makes sense!) the timer helps out too, set it and forget it!
