Fantastic customer service. Oliver kept me updated throughout the process and was extremely helpful with any concerns I had. Once shipped, the doll came fast in just a couple days and was exactly as described. Will definitely order from Tenderdolls again!

This was my first purchase. And after reading all the stories of fakes being sold online, I was a little hesitant to spend so much money. However, I was in contact with a tenderdolls representative the whole whole time and felt more at ease. Once I received my doll, I was not disappointed at all. She looked just like in the advertisement and she felt amazing.

I don’t remember the last time I experienced the level of service and professionalism that Oliver at Tenderdolls provided. Questions were answered promptly and any concerns were addressed immediately both during and after my purchase. This was my first time buying a doll and after searching around considering several retailers I’m confident I made the right choice going with Tenderdolls.

I ended up settling on the Pinkie Mini doll as space/budget was a factor and she was just like the pictures advertised. Regardless of how much or little I spent, the level of service is what I would’ve expected for a high end purchase. The whole process was very smooth and I received my package much faster than expected. When my budget allows I will definitely be going with this outfit again to upgrade.

When the factory tried to pull a fast one and send me an older doll, Oliver took them to task and make them own up to their mistakes. I’ve been a CFO for over 30 years, and never have I met someone with such integrity and honesty. If your looking to make a purchase, this is your new go to company. Très bon point sur le suivi de la commande et plus que largement dans les délais. Le prix de Jasmine est correct, car c'est une dolls très proche du réelle et qui vous donne envie de lui faire l'amour. Par contre sa taille et son poids fait qu'il faut faire attention à ses parties les plus fragiles et savoir soulever un corps. En ce qui me concerne, elle m'a donné plusieurs fois du bonheur;
