I have been trying for months to speak with someone from Tenant Base to assist me with finding a retail space with no luck. I have requested tours and left several emails. Even left my contact info with the chat bot on the website. Can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong?

He helped us find a great location that we didn’t think we’d be able to afford and was with us through the whole process. He quickly collected the information for the type of property I was looking forward, conducted research, and then provided access to a portal to review the properties he had found that might fit my business needs. He assisted in the negotiations with the property manager to ensure I got the best deal and was extremely responsive to requests. Deeply appreciative of the support that was provided.
