Rocco worked very hard to find me the proper space. The space I needed for my business is a bit unusual, and he sought out several opportunities and ultimately found me a great spot within my budget.

Communication was excellent and making me feel as if the team was putting my interest first.
Communication was excellent and was open to showing me over 30 possible lease locations on 4 or 5 days. Never felt rushed and was always honest about finding the right location. I first started with Woody and had a great experience with him as well.
Dennis was very helpful with the final lease negotiation as well fighting for my interests.

Daniel was great! Very attentive to what I was looking for and getting me the info that I would request in a timely manner. Was also quick about getting appointments set up for viewings. Walked me through the paperwork part of things and took care of all the negotiating. Would recommend Daniel to anyone looking for Office/Shop space.

Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful in understanding the different areas and available space for rent especially since we are new to the area. He also was amazing in negotiating our lease agreement and walking us through the entire process. We are now in our new office space and couldn't be happier. From start to finish we looked at several sites and completed and signed a lease within three weeks. Just a good experience from start to finish.
