Too much money/credit is deducted before it gets to the intended person/phone number. I purchased 2400+ credit and only 1800+ was delivered to phone number

Thank you for your feedback! The only charge we apply is a minimal transaction fee. Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the rate exchange, that is also imposed by the local operator.
