1. Company called Tekom also trading as RECELL-IT LTD, company number 15557415.
2. Goods (in this case a re-furbished Samsung Galaxy S24 mobile phone) was purchased in good faith on 05.10.2024.
3. £649.99 was taken from my account on 07.10.2024.
4. No further contact with seller.
5. Numerous phone calls went unanswered. No dispatch notification received. No update information received, all of which raised obvious concerns.
6. A further look at Tekom’s website showing no stock gave the impression that the company was winding up.
7. Email sent on Wednesday 16.10.2024 requesting advice or an update to which a person called Paul responded the same day.
8. Apparently, a refund in full was raised on Friday 11.10.2024 but to date nothing has showed in my account.
9. Finally had to resort to my bank to recover my money.
Even the photograph on their website could be a fake. It looks like a building in Mildenhall.

Ordered an I phone on the 8th of October, have now received an email stating they have ceased trading and I have to go through my bank for a refund !!
Stay away from this SCAM site.

Order 25214

Ordered an iPhone on 4 Oct, waiting at home on 14 Oct for delivery. Then we checked with online chat and they said it was cancelled on 11 Oct due to stock issue. Then said 2-3 days for refund. Now 6 working days later and no refund. They replied and said ‘not our problem contact your bank’ I’m now in the awful process of trying to get £499.99 back off them they have had my money for 2 weeks and I have nothing in return.

Please read and do not use this company they are a scam!!!!

It´s a Scam Site!!! stay away from this

Ordered a TV from them on the 10th of September (which was originally scheduled to arrive 18th Sept), but after a month of terrible communication and service, and repeated delivery delays, I finally gave up and asked for a refund (15 Oct).

If you care about proactive and reliable service, then I suggest you avoid this company. Should I need to, I'm happy to provide email evidence / timestamps to illustrate how terrible this service has been.

A total waste of my time.

Scam site, stay well clear.
Purchased DJI drone at £649. Waited around 2 days for them to message saying delivery was booked for a weeks time. Asked for tracking. Stated they would provide day before postage. That day came with no update, chased via email. Response at gone 10pm at night with tracking code, Royal Mail. Never posted. Emailed again, replied and said there was a delay. Waited again. Chased again. Said the item would definitely be with me by weekend. Tracking still stated item not been received by Royal Mail. And date came and went with no item again.

Chased again via email. Requested refund. Refund email confirmation received but still not received refund. Going to have to raise a claim through my credit card. Negative reviews were not on here when I checked prior to purchase. I wish they were as I wouldn’t have and saved myself the headache.

What a scam. I ordered a phone 4 days ago and have still not received a confirmation email, even though the money has already been taken. Also you cannot reach any of their customer services options either by telephone or online chat as they do not return your messages. What is also disturbing is when I went back on the website the next day the price of the phone that I had ordered had gone up by £50. It seems this company is not totally legitimate . Be aware when using this site.

The Samsumg 34" monitor arrived as new,in its original box and packaging, with all cables and manuals.
It arrived almost a week late ( 10 days ) from the expected date. I was notified via email that there would be a delay. I received the tracking number after a few days. At first I was a little worried but now its here , mounted and working perfectly.

I recently bought a Samsung phone from this site. Their website is easy to navigate, and the product range is fantastic. Delivery was fast, and the items arrived in perfect condition, exceeding my expectations in quality. Highly recommend Tekom.co.uk for reliable products and excellent service!
