Teeter UK Recenzje

Not Reliable

I ordered a product from this company that was advertised for next-day delivery. After waiting several days with no sign of the order, I contacted them and was told it had apparently been lost in the post.

They resent the order, but it took another three days to arrive. When it finally turned up, only part of my order was included. I then had to contact them again, and the missing item was sent separately, resulting in yet another three-day wait.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Poor communication, delivery issues, and incomplete orders suggest a lack of organisation. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I’d been let down by another company and Teeter were amazing. Fantastic delivery driver and a stunning piece of kit. They were so helpful, it restored my faith.

The inversion table LX9 is better and easier to use than my pevious one. The quality of Steel makes a real difference.
A delivery problem was promptly taken care of by Teeter Europe team, and Bob's your unkle ! Vers nice to do business with you.

I ordered online. The next day I contacted Teeter and asked about delivery and the lady in Teeter was very helpful. When my X1 Inversion table came, I was amazed at the quality and the Built App. I am almost 71 years old and it was very easy to put it together. I hope one day to get one of their tables with the long handle for the ankle support. I haven't done a full inversion yet, but maybe after a few weeks of use, I will.
Who knows, maybe one day I will do a video for YouTube 🤣

great service, delivery was fast and great product - two uses my hips realigned and can get back to my yoga practice.

Very satisfied with my experience with Teeter online! The service was fast, and the product I ordered arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. Kudos for the quality and professionalism! I will definitely shop with them again.Like from Croatia

once delivered I had the best experience unboxing and putting the inversion table together led by simple instructions on the box and the excellent apps both for unpacking and assembling the table. The table itself is of excellent quality and fills me with confidence. The app also has advice and programmes a plenty and is super easy to navigate. Overall I give Teeter 10/10 for this excellent product and service.

Contacted Teeter Online and was promptly put through to speak to Melanie who was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the LX9 Inversion Table I was looking to purchase. Melanie was able to answer all of my questions and I ordered the LX9 online immediately after getting off the phone. Really excellent customer service : )

I ordered a Teeter Dex II in August. It got posted to me in October to Spain but never arrived. It is being held at a UPS warehouse which needs some forms from Teeter. But each time I call Teeteronline they say they will sort it and never do. They've now stopped replying to my emails. I am £500 down which I paid four months ago and have no Teeter. I have about ten unreplied emails now so will use that when requesting a charge back from my bank. Terrible customer service.

Having ordered and paid for the LT3 recumbent cross trainer, I was informed that the last one in stock was damaged. However we were offered and agreed to take the cheaper LT1 instead. Lainey was my contact and went out of her way to expedite delivery of the replacement and refund of the difference in price. Very pleased with the LT1, a pleasure to use.

After my initial order, the LX9 Inversion Table was delivered rapidly, well packed and as described. It was easy to assemble, of good quality, safe and sturdy once erected. Included instructions are very helpful, and easy to follow and come with an On Demand
Support facility.

Excellent product, excellent after sale service, free tracked delivery. A perfect transaction and if you enjoy hanging upside down like a bat each day? I can highly recommend the Teeter X inversion table range.

Excellent seller! Product, exactly as advertised and fast delivered! Thanks!

It was simple and easy to order product online and excellent communication until delivery.

Prompt delivery and good product.

Arrived well packed and protected and in a timely manner... thank you!

Easy to assemble. Prompt arrival. Feels very safe and I can feel the product working well and reducing oain already.

I had some back problems. I went on a journey with a chiropractor who helped me. But I decided to buy the Dex II and the Gravity Boots. From the second day of use I have already felt further relief and a real change in my back. 5 star purchase!
