What a joke.

Its been 16 days since my confirmation email was sent WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER. Reading all these reviews makes me believe this is definitely a scam. Still no reply to one of the 4 emails I’ve sent. How is this company not shut down? It was a SUGGESTED SITE too on the search engine of google.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier! It has been weeks since I placed my order and made the payment. There is no means of tracking my order, no one responds to my emails and the number on the site is out of order. WoW!! how much money would they have made with this kind of behaviour!!! Please stay away from this site!

This has to be the worst site I have ever dealt with. They have no communication they don't get back to your enquiry and don't really give a toss once you have paid your money. My parcel finally showed up after weeks of me trying to follow it up with their non existent parcel tracking and customer service or lack of. Go elsewhere for what you want these guys are more than borderline dodgy and not worth the hassle

This company are a scam they do not get back to emails and it has been over 5 weeks since I order also you cannot phone they they never answer the phone stay away from this company

SCAM! They don’t send you anything and you can’t even contact them only via email which you don’t get a reply on.

i ordered these glasses and got a shipping email but never received a tracking number. this is absolutely outrageous that people are telling me it’s expected to not get one until the day or 3 days before it gets there. there is no purpose in a tracking number if it isn’t gonna be received in time to TRACK the package on its way so you’ll have an estimated delivery day. i will not be buying from this company and won’t be recommending it anytime soon. they aren’t reliable for responding to emails because they are all pre-typed and automatic so they don’t fully understand the severity of how mad i am waiting for a package that was only expected to take 1-7 business days but is taking 16 days to even get a tracking number.

Order placed on 3 May 2021, it's been 7 weeks and still no news from them despite numerous attempt to reach them via e-mail.
I'm confused???

I ordered a neckless holder for my glasses , the one I ordered was black and silver with black leather . the one that arrived looked like they found it on a beach , its worn out bronze in colour (sort of ) the leather strap is horrific .. ive emailed got NO reply ... STAY AWAY from this company! save your money !!!

I have ordered glasses and want to return them but no reply. Tried to call a couple of times phone disconnected. It’s a scam!!!!.

Took money no trouble but no confirmation email, write to them to ask where my glasses are but no reply. Phone line disconnected.

i have ordered one anti blue light glass. and after some days they said it was delivered but never come to my address.
be carefull everyone, they just take money and never deliver your perder☺️

I bought glasses over 2 weeks ago and asked for my tracking number. I got a very strange email saying they understood where I was coming from and that someone will get to my query soon and hope that it was helpful ???
After a second email I got a tracking number that now says I will receive my parcel in an estimated 6 weeks!!!!!! I bought from the UK site as I figured it would NOT take 2 months!
I am extremely disappointed in the company service and would not have purchased glasses from this company if I had know I was going to get a crappy undirected email and I won’t get the product for 2 months! I am now convinced it is a scam! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses which were extremely poor quality. The website says you can return items if you email them, but they won’t reply to your emails. There’s also no shipping address on the website for you to return them. I’m
Annoyed at myself for not reading a re ire before purchasing as I’ve had the exact same BAD experience as everyone else.

Have patience! Recieved my glasses 10 days after order which isn't bad considering the pandemic, and not a bad price too! Tested if the filter actually works with a kit I had from a other set from Amazon and they do work, a lot better than the ones from Amazon. I think the deception is the fact that this is actually a Chinese vendor when they state they are actually UK based, which means there is obviously a lack of communication. Use PayPal! Get your money back if they have sent the wrong order or your order doesn't show up, I've ordered and recieved so not a scam on my end!

Exactly what everyone seems to be saying. They sent me the wrong glasses and then ghosted me! I am going to ask my bank for a "chargeback claim" to try get my money back but i'm not entirely sure the bank will be able to get my money back. Emailed Teddith about 20 times. Stealing peoples money during a pandemic is pretty low. How are they getting away with it?

Same as other reviews , bought glasses, didn’t fit , sent 4 emails asking for address to send back and NOTHING except emails saying my order would be with me soon . The company needs to be investigated DONT BUY DONT BUY !!! Let’s not give these people any more of our hard earned money !!!

They don't allow returns or exchanges.
I should have known with no postal address listed on their website!

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, neither suited my face shape, and only one pair actually blocked blue light, so I wanted to return them. I emailed to ask for a return address (as advised on their website) and no one replied to the three emails I sent. I also tried the contact form on their website, to which there was no reply.

Now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of dodgy-looking glasses, only one of which actually blocks blue light, the other came with plain lenses. Whoever set up Teddith did a great job at fooling me!

Pretty sure the very few positive comments are actually from the company itself. Do not order from this website. There is no reply to emails, phone number is not connected and quality is horrible. You might as well flush your money through the toilet.
