Had a tablet from this company for 1 year. The camera lense fell off within the first week and by the first month the charger broke. The following monthe the battery started to fade on life, shortly after issues with the devices charging port started being an issue. Now I have to twist and distort charging cables to make a connection to charge it. Not worth the money at all, worst tablet I've ever owned.

Ich habe seit 2/25 ein teclast p50ai ich habe rd. 100€ bezahlt und es war in 10 min. eingerichtet. Das 11 Zoll Gerät erfüllt meine einfachen Anforderungen zu 100%. Es hatte bereits Android 15 installiert was mich hoffen lässt es drei Jahre sicher nutzen zu können. Mit einem Update ist nämlich nicht zu rechnen deshalb vier von fünf Sternen.
Nachtrag 24.10.'25: Es gibt seit März kein Sicherheitsupdate. Auf eine Frage dazu antwortet der teclast Kundenservice das tut uns leid?!

I wrote to Teclast on 27 July 25, via their website which promises a response within two business days, seeking assistance as an update that had been pushed to my tablet had caused it to freeze. I wrote again on the 5 August but have yet to receive even an acknowledgement, let alone any assistance for a tablet that is still under warranty. Needless to say, I shan't be purchasing any more of their products.

Ich habe über AliExpress für ca. 55 Euro ein Teclast T11 Tablet gekauft. Meine ersten Erfahrungen : nach ca. 2 Stunden hatte ich es geschafft es mit dem Internet zu verbinden. Davor ca. 150 Fehlschläge. Die Einstellungen hatte ich nach und nach angepasst. Nach ca. 15 min verbindungsabriss, der nächste 15 min später... Es stockt, hängt, bleibt einfach stehen, ruckelt. Die einzige Abhilfe ist ständige Bereinigung, Reparatur des Systems, Neustart, Apps neu installieren, immer wieder alles von vorne. Das ist unglaublich nervig, kostet Ressourcen und zeit. OK, es war günstig, ist aber auch dem Preis entsprechender Schrott. Ein paar Male musste ich mich beherrschen es nicht über den knien auseinander zu brechen, oder gegen die Wand zu schmeissen. Dann wären die 55 EU zwar aus dem Fenster geschmissen, ich hätte aber den stãndigen Ärger mit dem pseudo Tablet nicht mehr.

Ich habe ein Tablet gekauft - Gerät ist gut aber ich warte seit 10 Tagen auf Lieferung eines Ersatz-ladegerätes. Sehr umständliche Bearbeitung - 3 mails erforderlich mit jeweils 2-3 Tagen Antwortzeit - letzte Antwort Mail noch nicht beantwortet - daher keine positive Bewertung !

Seems to work great at first but very slow boot even at the very beginning won't hold a Wi-Fi connection and eventually will not boot up at all even when you cold boot it they're pure junk.

Ho ordinato un tablet Teclast da Teclast Spain (deposito in Europa) sulla vetrina Aliexpress. Venditore e spedizione a cura Teclast Spain. Per loro errore hanno inviato il pacco anziché al mio indirizzo nella mia città, al mio indirizzo ma al capoluogo di provincia (come se io ordinassi merce in via pinco pallino n.1 di Pomezia e loro spedissero in via Pinco pallino di Roma ignorando che Roma è il capoluogo di provincia di Pomezia. A nulla sono valse le mie segnalazioni. Sulla chat di Aliexpress, Teclast continua a dirmi di non lasciare un feedback negativo, però nulla fanno per aggiornare con il mio indirizzo corretto il corriere che è GLS il quale senza istruzioni in merito da chi ha spedito (e cioè Teclast Spain) non può consegnarmi il pacco. Ora mi trovo ad aver pagato un tablet che quasi certamente non vedrò mai, e tutto questo per l'incapacità degli operatori Teclast che ormai sembra rispondano a casaccio alle mie sollecitazioni. Sconsiglio assolutamente Teclast Spain. Se ho problemi per la sola spedizione, cosa sarà se chiederò un intervento in garanzia ? Ovviamente ho conservato gli screenshot da mostrare per dimostrare la veridicità di quanto sto dicendo!! TECLAST Spain... Lasciate perdere. Zero serietà, Zero capacità di gestire le spedizioni !!

hiermit darf ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem TECLAST T65 MAX 13 " bin, es läuft sehr flüssig und die Auflösung ist grandios bei 120 Hz. Der Akku hält auch sehr lange.

Bought a teclast T40S from Amazon.
A complete waste of money.
Yes they are cheap, but what good is cheap if they are useless.Mine never updates, battery life is not as promised, and it crashes.
I contacted Teclast several times but all I get is standard replies and excuses.
Amazon should be ashamed to sell these products.

Jeg har købt 2 Teclast N20 Pro, Mini PC Computer med Intel N95 og Windows 11, jeg har lige bestilt en mere med 16 GB Ram og 1 TB disk. Jeg er 100% tilfreds, de kører godt, fylder ikke ret meget og kan købes til en fornuftig pris. Jeg har haft et par spørgsmål, sendte dem direkte til Teclast og fik svar dagen efter Mail adressen står på deres hjemmeside)
Jeg kan varmt anbefale denne computer. Med venlig hilsen Leif/DK

Ho regalato un tablet (P30T) a mio papà per Natale.
Per ora sono soddisfatto.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Vedremo come sarà l'affidabilità del prodotto con il passare del tempo.

Even Amazon do not have the correct links to the teclast "support".

My latest Teclast T50Plus is my 4th tablet from teclast.
All good until now.
This tablet will NOT use any SD card inserted.
Offers to format, displays done.,
Try to open the sd card "this sd is corrupted, please format, so like a fool I do,
Exactly same result with 3 sd cards, 2 of which are brand new [bought to use with this tablet].
ALL 3 sd cards work without issue on "Samsung Mobile", Windows laptop, and teclast P30S
Guess that points to the T50Plus .

As purchased via Amazon [uk], logged in and selected "Returns*Orders" to start the "support process".
DUH! Amazon point to the manufacturer with an invalid link!!

So it's time to email CEO Amazon UK.

Dopo esattamente due anni e mezzo un portatile ( F15 plus ) ha cominciato a non funzionare piu .... senza nessun motivo ( pc sempre tenuto maniacalmente su scrivania, mai mosso, mai sempre sotto carica, insomma, usato come si deve ) ..aveva cominciato anon dare piu le maiuscole ( credevo un problema sw) per poi collassare completamente dopo un mese...PUZZA FORTE DI OBSOLESCENZA PROGRAMMATA:

Compré un artículo que estaba en el almacén de ESPAÑA con un plazo de entrega de 24/48 h, hasta un máximo de 7 días, y valorado en 135 euros, a través de AliExpress.
Han pasado ya más de 45 días y no solo no ha llegado, sino que se desentienden del reembolso... y eso que disponía de protección al comprador.
Me puse en contacto con el vendedor que es Teclast España y los muy zorros sin mandar el producto habrieron una especie de reserva de envío con los piratas de Correos de España para figurar como enviado cuando no han enviado NADA!
Dicen que espere...

Ho un portatile Teclast F15 è andato bene per due anni e mezzo. Ora non si accende più e purtroppo non è l'alimentazione. In diversi mi hanno sconsigliato la riparazione. Sintesi: costa poco ma vale poco.

Ottimo prodotto,non apisco chi l ha aiutato con eno di 3 stelle ,e' veloce ,ha una grafica eccezionale ,adatto per lavoro tempo libero con fotocamere che lavorano oltre le aspettative.
Si possono collegare facilmente hardware tipo stampanti,masterizzatori,scanner oltre alle classiche cuffie.
Ottima riproduzione del suono.
Piu'che soddisfatto.

Ho comprato un tablet tablet P30T, tutto bene fino a quando mi si è rotto. Contattato assistenza che ha provveduto a sostituirmelo e a darmi un tablet nuovo. Consigliato
