Extremely happy with this item perfect size very easy to install and use ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received the parcel in bad order and it took about 3 weeks to arrive. When ordering this kit the company said it was based in London. However the company is based in India. Received a 32 gig memory card instead of a 64 gig as stated in advertising. When installing kit the console would not stick on my dashboard I had to procure some better sticky tape. Also keeps shutting off and starting up. Apart from that it’s alright!!

Took very long for delivery as not UK based as per their address. Also No SD Card delivered and still waiting for a replay from customer service who do not reply to over4 messages sent - no phone number to contact them either. Very poor customer sevice

Item itself works fine in my 2008 car via cigarette lighter, connects on start up and works via my phones Bluetooth & using the FM radio setting so the sound connects through my car speakers. I can get my Spotify playing no problem.

Front dash cam is great addition and works fine, playback on screen good quality. I received a 32gb SD card instead of the advertised 64gb card though.

Negative: I ordered 29th May and didnt arrive till June 13th via Evri as item came from China. Website v misleading that would be delivered 3-5 days by royal mail and makes out like all UK stock, would rather the honesty and say it comes from elsewhere! But item works and is what I needed so overall happy just be more honest with delivery policy.

Excellent product saved me £600 that it would have cost for a conversion of my vehicle delivery bit slow but we do live in the sticks works brilliantly 👏

Bought a smart dash pro tablet on Web site states royal mail standard delivery but never came by royal mail came by amazon also took 11 days to come also came from china which is not stated on Web site they say they are in London but why there products come from China also it says compatible with all apps like Netflix Spotify which my tablet dose not come with and there is no way you can download them I have emailed them twice no answer very disappointed as I bought this as had Netflix on it so kids can watch on long journeys it's a shame as the product is very well built and feels good quality too.

Still waiting on my 64gb card, have emailed you but have had no reply very poor service

Would give lower if I could i bought a ix7pro escooter from them in November yet by end March beginning April the scooter stopped working they are still yet to correct this they sent me a replacement motor and said change it so I done that and nothing and now they are saying the fault lays with me even tho its within 6 months of buying will change my review if they change there stance.

The screen is absolutely amazing. Connects straight away to my phone and i love how simple and easy it is to install. It takes a while to come depending on where you live but its definitely worth it!

Took a couple of weeks to come but it’s absolutely perfect for my old camper van and will make my travel adventures even better ☺️

Have not received my order yet your company has taken the money from my bank also I contacted your customer service but have received no reply very disappointing

i also want a matching car holder that can be fitted to the airduct vent and not the windscreen which has already been provided in the box, neither do i want to stick it on my dashboard

I have contacted Techtrovessentials by email to try and return the item, I can't get it to pair with my car stereo, therefore, I did ask to return, but have had not reply.
* UPDATE*
I have had a reply and Techtrovessentials since writing my initial review and they WON'T accept my return as I took the item out the boxes and tried to connect to my car, even the fact they sent me the WRONG item, which seem to be their thing, I've seen reviews where this has happen previously, goes for nothing but fortunately I paid for this item with my credit card and got my bank to intervein. !!

It took the company some time to get my order out, also very little follow up when I tx them.also,they make out its just a plug in and go system.I have difficulties in my ability to take in tech stuff. I had to try and negotiate my way round the quite intricate instructions,and failed to complete the fitting.
Also how the hell do I attach the windscreen arm to the item.i can't get the arm unit attached to the main unit .screen,on the opposite end of the sucker
I'm quite upset about this plug in and go statement. Which is not true.

The item was a good price and arrived on time.The box was slightly damaged but due to the packaging in side the item was undamaged.Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to family and friends
