They have not delivered parcel, it is now more than 10 days. Fake review and commitment. Written as UK 3 days delivery but actually they operate from China and takes more than 2 weeks. Do not trust them.

Easy to install the dash cam, not yet downloaded all the extras as it is for my daughter. Hopefully will complete so, picture quality is excellent

Absolutely fantastic product really crystal clear display and the touch screen is great too.

Sent parcel back, no refund. Waited 4 months now. No communication off them either. Terrible company

Item was as described and I fitted it to my 2009 Merc without any problems. Map clarity is excellent and it is non obtrusive when located on the dashboard. Camera quality is excellent. I can’t route my music through my speakers but that is an issue with my Merc C180 as opposed to the unit. Very pleased for the price paid

Very easy to install, (adhesive pad is holding just fine) I was concerned about set up but it was easy. Everything works just as expected great purchase.

I've got the equipment to update my 2008 camper van. Delivery great and installation on dash no problem. Got the system with rear camera but am still waiting to fit that part but seems simple enough . So far good value, good quality kit and I've no problem with it . Bob

I’ve an old Merc which I’ve looked after but needed to update it but keeping it original. I’ve invested time in choosing which product to install with gps, music dashcam and as a ex traffic officer something which would not obstruct my view in anyway. Safety a priority. After many comparisons I kept coming back The SmartDash and after installing it and using it (and I’m a Techno idiot) was easy. On top of that it looks great, the screens clarity is so good and the cost is value, good value.

Bought this for my imported Elgrand, easy to install and set up, it has a adhesive base or a suction cup, I used the adhesive and it works great. I bought the rear view camera but havent got round to fitting it yet however it is a simple plug in job but you need to hide the cables, that would be the same for any camera though. It works well and connects everytime, I would recommend it to anyone with an older vehicle to upgrade for relatively little cost

At the moment the jury is still out but I cannot connect it. At the moment it does not want to go into CarPlay, whatever I do. So I can’t even use it at the moment.

Worst customer service. Order the product took 2 weeks to reach and when open it to fix saw 32gb memory card instead of 64gb misleading info, as it is obstructing my view while driving requested for return, then after a couple of mails exchange received the return label. Return and delivered on 30th June 2025 since then no response from the customer service, no reply for emails,dont answer calls, and chat response either, still waiting for my refund. Will be reporting as fraud and see how it goes. But horrible customer service response. Wont recommended this for anyone.

As i have a Saab 93 swapping the stereo isn't just a straight forward swap. You can't just fit a single or double din unit and away you go. As it has a fiber optic loop going around the car finding someone to help to fit a single din unit is hard to do unless they've done it before. I was going to attempt it myself until i saw this unit, it was literally plug in and away i went. If i had seen one of these sooner i would have bought it, the Smartdash Pro is a great unit, installation was really easy, would recommend.

The smart dash pro exceeded my expectations in all respects. Considering the low price it has many features. I use apple carplay but the Samsung option is right there. I’ve set up other reverse cameras before but this was a far easier experience.

Arrived with no problems, cannot wait to use it.
