Im Totally disappointed with this non customer focussed " looser company"
Have emailed "Francis" multiple times with not one single reply! Order sent online credit card payment made... then nothing. Only an order number auto reply.
Would not recommend even a 1 star rating for any online international purchases. I doubt my payment will be refunded for this now cancelled order with the lack of email from Technology Factory EU and Francis.
Zero Star rating if I could rate them.

Not a great experience so far.

Apparently I chose an ”old option” as payment so I had to email and ask how to pay my order because no money was charged on my card. (That old option is still on the website). Received a reply that the option I chose was old and I was gonna receive a payment link. Days after I still hadn’t received a payment link so I had to ask again and again, and finally received a link. (1 week after order..)

After I received the link and payed, nothing. Not even a confirmation that the order is payed. Asked in two emails when I can except delivery but no answers. 11 days since order now and the “1 week” stated on the product I ordered has passed.

I understand that things can take time, but the silence, payment and no delivered product does not feel great.

Bunch of scammers. We received a broken product and when we tried to contact them they will not return calls, emails or texts. These people made my daughter cry with their crappy product.

Best online shop that I have interacted with. Much advice and very helpful and responsible. Now trying to stop myself from perpetual buying....

At the end of 2021, I bought the Aurender A100, which only played for three days. I sent Aurender back because it has a two year warranty. It's been four months. Nobody answers my requests. In short, I am without my device and money. This is a warning to anyone who intends to purchase from this Technology Factory. I have been involved in music for 20 years and have bought a lot of equipment around the world. However, this is the first time I have been involved in such fraud.

Twee van deze power cables besteld voor mijn actieve zelfbouwspeakers (Met Hypex nCore plaatversterkers). Ze moesten op maat gemaakt worden (3 meter per stuk) en na enkele weken het resultaat thuis mogen ontvangen. Prachtig verpakt en afgewerkt. Ze hebben een duidelijke verbetering in mijn set teweeg gebracht. Nog meer rust, beter laag en meer detail. Ik ben erg blij met deze aankoop! Service en communicatie met Technology Factory is prima en geeft veel vertrouwen.

Very good service. The products recieved are in excellent condition. Thr sound quality of Ortofon MM Black LVB259 is superb in terms of a MM cartridge. The cost performance of Technics 1500C is unbelievable high with Funk Firm modification.

The ordering and package handling was perfect.
About the Hana Umami phono cartridge:
Great macro and micro dynamics with at the same time a sense of very solid timing where nothing is ever too fast or too slow.
Excellent instrument separation and image. Deep but very controlled bass and extended and smooth highs.
Very fine details across all frequencies but never exaggerated and very well integrated.
Instruments and voices have body and texture and a very slight warmth.
A very expressive cartridge which at the same time is ultra natural and composed.
It is expensive but it can definitely be compared to cartridges of 2 times its price.

Product as described, but I would prefer delivery by mail, because TNT is extremely expensive and unreliable. Parcel were promised to be delivered over night (friday) but were not delivered until tuesday the following week. For the cost of 30 Euro, that is totally unacceptable. I will absolutely recommend Technology Factory, but I strongly advise them to review their small packet shipping methods.

Aanschaf nieuwe draaitafel was een zeer leuke ervaring. Duidelijke, persoonlijke uitleg waarbij de tijd wordt gegeven om tot aanschaf over te gaan. Dit alles bij een heerlijk glaasje wijn. Een tevreden klant!

Een beetje moeten wachten, sign of the times...
Verder werkt de Sprout fantastisch, zeker voor die prijsstelling. In combinatie met Rega P3 en Martin Logan Electromotion ESL. Een soundstage met breedte, diepte, bijna tastbare présence. En de bassboost functie is echt niet nodig bij deze speaker. Verder nog, stiltes zijn echt stil.

Bought a EAR phonobox. Very happy with it. Francis is always very helpful and very knowledgeable.
Would definitely buy again.

Geef een sportwagen euro 95 in plaats van super en hij zou begot niet rap rijden …
Geef een renpaard stro in plaats van gras en wat zal het lopen ondermaats zijn …
Geef een goeie stereo-installatie gewone stroom in plaats van stroom die een Venom eu 7 power block van Shunyata passeerde en ge zult nooit weten hoe schoon uw muziek echt kan klinken!

Een perfecte ondersteuning voor m’n bijzonder geapprecieerde door schitterend te spelen Audion MKII lampenversterker (Brits maar gemaakt in Bordeaux):
- ook bij laag volume detail
- beter en afgelijnd diep
- krachtige en strakke beeldvorming
- en, zeer belangrijk de muziek komt niet geforceerd over

Laatst maar niet in het minst, met dank aan Francis die me wist te overtuigen van het feit dat de aan/uit knop (wat kan hier de toegevoegde waarde van zijn, behalve voldoen aan een wetgeving die niet inzit met de schoonheid van muziek…) de kwaliteit niet in de weg staat.
Overigens ook altijd aangenaam hem eens te bellen met een vraag ipv te mailen.

Great shop with an amazing selection of high-end audio and hi-fi goods. It is a pleasure to do business with them thanks to the great communication, swift shipment and excellent packaging. My loudspeakers were delivered quickly and securely.
