De phono voorversterker die ik online bestelde werd wat later geleverd dan ik gehoopt had. Dat was te wijten aan de kerstdrukte zei Francis van Technology Factory aan de telefoon. Als bij verrassing zaten er twee toffe geschenkjes bij, "om mijn geduld te belonen" . Dat vind ik nog eens service! Top! En dan het belangrijkste: de phono voorversterker was aan een promoprijs, maar wel in nieuwstaat . Nu kan ik opnieuw genieten van mijn platencollectie. Heerlijk analoog geluid van hoge kwaliteit.

Ik ben uiterst tevreden over de kennis en de liefde voor muziek die ontegensprekelijk aan de grondslag ligt voor het gewenste succes dat ik aan Francis en zijn team toewens!!! Kan enkel positief spreken over de service van zijn muziekbedrijf. Voor mij was het gezocht en gevonden... Echt warm aanbevolen... Voor mij gewoon super!!!

Just brilliant
I cannot recommend enough: a vast selection of fantastic hi-fi audio equipment; responsive, helpful customer service (Francis is a star); timely delivery (in the middle of a pandemic no less)... what more could you ask for? The only place I will be buying anything hi-fi-related from now on.
