In 2011 Technologistics was formed to focus predominently on the two man delivery market. Due to the service that we consistently provide to our customers both in transport and development support we have now grown to provide a full haulage package including warehousing and distribution. Since 2011 we have managed to create a multi-million pound business serving some of the largest UK brands in both the retail and distribution sectors. Not only can we provide technological, logistical and warehousing solutions we can also provide accredited training for the transport industry. Some of our biggest customers have turned to us to help train their own staff. Two Man Deliveries, Pallets, Half Loads, Full Loads, Driver Training, Warehousing, Fork Lift/reach Truck training are all part of the services that we can provide.

This company caused damage to my wall…
This company caused damage to my wall when delivering on behalf of IKEA. That was in December 2017 and despite numerous calls and emails with them, no action has been taken and the damage remains. They are charlatans who do not deserve business. Do not use them.

Was scheduled an Ikea delivery via this…
Was scheduled an Ikea delivery via this company. Received a txt to say to expect delivery the following day. When no delivery arrived during the 4 hour period I contacted this office and spoke to a woman who said she had no idea why I hadn’t received the order and would contact the driver. The driver duly contacted me who apologised but said that he had no idea why his manager had not told me herself as they had discussed the fact in the morning that my delivery was not there! He was understandably annoyed that his manager had done this to him. Not a good reflection of a company if the management are needlessly lying to customers so easily!
Tick tock to bankruptcy if their customer service is this poor.

Worst delivery experience of my life.
Wow, cannot believe Technologistics were so bad.
Ordered a bed from IKEA. The delivery was organised for 12th December. This was delayed due snow. No problem with that. It's not their fault, however they did not call me. I only found out when I called them. Delivery resheduled for 14th December. No show. Called them again. They did not call me. It was rescheduled for 18th December. Once again, no show so called them again. Was getting suspicious of the answers they were giving me. My wife said that she thought they might have lost it. Rescheduled delivery for 22nd December. Guess what, no show again after I called them. Rescheduled for 23rd December & yes you guessed, no show again. Called Technologistics & the woman said they were reviewing CCTV to see if they could locate my bed. Demanded to speak to a Manager who admitted they had lost it. Bunch of useless fools. Called IKEA to cancel my order & get a full refund. The story is so much bigger. I have omitted so much more. Lovely women at Technologistics but after what transpired, they were lying through their teeth just to get me off their line. Will ensure that I never use Technologistics again. Don't be fooled by their fantastic corporate bumf on their website. Stick to DPD, Yodel etc
