Not an official Sony controller

The controller I purchased is marketed as being an official Sony product. However, the Ali Express dispatch label on the parcel, the quality of the materials used and the fact the product is not recognised as an official PlayStation3 controller but as an Xbox controller when plugged into a computer show this product is not official Sony merchandise. Do not order from Technocontrollers if you are looking for an official Sony product.

AVOID!!!

Claim to sell genuine official controllers, this is a complete lie. Controllers come from Ali Express and are cheap rubbish.

To top it off, the company will try and claim you cannot return the item (this is illegal, do not take their nonsense!)

Good customer service

Unfortunately I have not recieved my order due to the courier. I contacted customer service who have apologised and refunded me in full. Not an ideal experience, but they have done the right thing for me.

Controllers are fake

Bought a PS4 controller and straight away can tell it’s a fake. Unless you are in the market for a fake, steer clear of this company.
