I purchased 12400 from TechNextDay last year via ebay and had a great experience with the cpu being well packaged and lightning fast delivery. Despite initial 3-4 days claim, the order was delivered next day. Would definitely use them again.

I spoke to the owner of TechNextDay yesterday and today.

He has the best customer relations I have ever come across in the tech sector!

Firstly ordered a 5800x3D from the TechNextDay eBay store and it came swiftly ie next day!

I then ordered a 7900xt AMD (cheapest in the UK) but sadly was out of the country and my designated person wasn’t in when it was supposed to be delivered so we missed delivery. I phoned the proprietor from abroad and explained that we would not be able to receive it for a number of weeks and therefore asked for return to origin and refund.
He was so understanding despite the understandable disappointment but he was lovely and offered to refund in full once returned to base via DPD.
I have made my mind that when I’m back in the UK to order from TechNextDay for all my PC/Gaming needs! I truly believe this company will go far. Ignore the negativity as that’s not true on 2 separate occasions I have dealt with them. Highly Recommended

Scam alert: I ordered a CPU on this website in October. DPD claimed to have delivered it, but did not deliver and do not have any evidence that they did. Tecnextday were extremely unhelpful and looked to divert responsibility. I issued them with a formal written request for refund citing my consumer rights, which they have ignored. I will now have to submit a court claim.

First time Ordering and it's Alright

Ordered a PC case and 2x8 3200mhz Memory for a good price!

Item arrived at a reasonable time (wasn't expecting fast delivery since I choose free delivery)

Items arrived at different times in the same day, which isn't a issue

No damages to items

However, they gave me 1x16 3200mhz memory instead of 2x8 memory.

I contracted them, and they stated that it was a web error and it will be corrected

Since this is my first time ordering from here, I'm not sure if this is something that happens regularly

They offered a slight partial refund or a refund which is acceptable

Prompt delivery, everything was all right.

Awful service. My request for a return of an item (unopened) has been ignored. This is a violation of my consumer rights. Mark Walters has ignored my requests on the phone and via email which were sent before the item was shipped.

I was going to re-order the correct part from you after admitting to ordering incorrectly. Now I will not ever use or recommend your amateur organisation and expect Mark to return my email before I raise this with my bank.

It seems the trustpilot review score on their website is also inaccurate and fabricated. The score is actually much lower now. I will report to trading standards and trust pilot.

If you had indeed cancelled my order when I asked I would not have had to refuse delivery.
If you were polite on the phone and not completely inept at people skills I may not have been annoyed.
All you kept saying on the phone was raise a ticket. I do not need to do that to cancel and order, and email is sufficient.
If my review was in error then there wouldn’t be dozens of similarly bad reviews.

Dreadful. Should have looked at Streetmaps of their Postcode before ordering as looks like they are trading out of a Garden Shed....

I was really dubious about Technextday, based on some negative reviews, however I have been left pleasantly suprised. I took a chance on the positive reviews so placed an order on a Corsair Power Supply which was listed far cheaper than other major sellers. I thought it was worth the risk. I've deducted 1 star however as the postage address was wrong on my parcel, so the box was taken to a neighbour who rejected the delivery and I had to go and collect from FedEx. Apart from this I got exactly what I ordered and for an amazing price with next day delivery. I will definitely be considering a purchase through these guys again.

wish i read these reviews from reviewcentre or here before buying b650e aorus master from them, this will randomly go black screen and bios code reader going blank, i've contacted them about the issue and sent this back with the factory protection film still on, the motherboard was tested by them and they said its 100% working but they recommened that i need to be careful on memory i use as they were getting errors 64gb config i had and recommended trying 32gb or different kit which i accepted so got the motherboard back and it had the factory film removed and they said that the vrm will overhead if not removed (on b650e master there are 16 x 105amps power stages these wont break a sweat even without the heatsink....) also the metal cover bit top of the vrm was bent when received, so i've still tried what they recommended - couple other sticks from friends and same problem on receiving, then i tried series of other PSU's my Corsair HX1200i, another new HX1200, EVGA 1000 GQ, Zalman Wattera 1200 gold and all were crashing instantly, then tried an old PSU i had Kolink kl-1000m and that was working more stable had no issues testing for half an hour whereas others were crashing instantly, note that all above PSU's tested and worked with no issues with x570s aorus master + 5950x and B650 aorus pro ax +7900x with exactly same config i tried on b650e master so its the motherboard faulty- must be input voltage regulation bad not an expert but clearly something is not right. i've sent this back to them for a refund this time and they stay quiet... really had good impression at first when had couple purchases with no faults including b650 aorus pro ax worked flawless for months but once you get an issue then you're on your own...

edit: after the charge back was initiated got back from them and received refund 90% of the price of the item.

Ordered a new pc case at a very reasonable priceand it was delivered the very next day free. Most companies will charge for next day delivery - a refreshing change.
Definitely recommend, a pleasure to to business with.

As a small business myself, I like to take time to share the positive and negative experience's that I have to try and help others.
And I must say that today my first order was delivered on time,well packaged, working great.
I noticed some people not being happy as it took longer than expected to arrive for their orders.
Having myself gone through the last few months with royal mail strikes and other things around the UK I have had items that I have sent out next day and they have taken a month or just disappeared all together.
I know it can be frustrating when something doesn't arrive when you want or expect but things are not working very well in the UK at the moment.

very poor service and lack of communication ! it's been a week since i placed my ordered and i am still waiting to find out what has happened with it ! ive requested a full refund so wish me luck lol
i urge you to use a more reputible company as these guy's certainly don't live upto there name....

I've ordered a gigabyte X570S motherboard and Adata DDR4 ram. They arrived next day as promised!

Purchased a Waterforce 280mm cooler from TechNextDay via Ebay.

I purchased expedited delivery -- so obviously the order was needed urgently, and therefore one would expect that extra care and attention is taken during the shipping process.

Address was written as:

Company Name
Street Address
City
Postcode
Country

Yet, the seller somehow managed to miss out everything except Name, half of the street address, and then the Post Code.

DPD in all of their genius then chose to leave it on a random doorstep in the post code -- but ultimately the blame is on the seller for making such an insane mistake in the address.

I also ordered the item on Friday 3rd February. With expedited shipping, you would expect the item to be dispatched on the following Monday, but it wasn't dispatched until Tuesday.

A refund was given -- but only after TechNextDay had it in writing from DPD that the parcel was lost. Even though their proof of shipping receipt would have clearly shown that TechNextDay were fully liable for the mistake in shipping to the wrong address. A refund should have been issued immediately without delay as the address on the label was wrong.

A good Samaritan found the lost parcel and contacted them to return it to the sender.

However, despite the goodwill of the person who returned the parcel to them; TechNextDay chose to re-listing the item for nearly double the price.

I do wonder if they are getting a refund from both DPD for the value of the lost item, as well as getting the item back from the good samaritan.

They also regularly have 'fake' Ebay sales where when Ebay offers, for example, a 10% discount code site-wide, TechNextDay bump all of their prices by 10%.

Website was pretty easy to use for some reason the wrong postcode was accepted managed to alter once realised and package via DPD and Pedro (my usual driver) arrived! As for the ADATA 2TB XPG SX8200 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 Solid State Drive it does exactly what it states on the box and a lot easier to install than the older 2.5 & 3.5 ssd's and hdd's I've installed in the past!

Bought a new PSU from here, ordered late wednesday night and arrived on friday as estimated via DPD - very nice indeed.

PSU was priced really well on this site, cheaper than most/if not all other sites with free next day delivery too! new as described, was really happy to see this was newer SeaSonic stock also as it included the new 12hvpwr connector - great stuff.

Packaging could of been a little bit better, although the box was secure there were no bubble wrap/padding inside - so the PSU box likely bounced around inside during shipping, nothing major for this purchase but I'd be concerned if buying something more fragile.
