Poor company. After the work owner can't paid payment. Peter Man so fraud. All tech Cruz team fraud.

So, I had to come back and give another review after my 5-star review. I originally gave stars because of the price and the way Peter ran the business was great. The team however not so great but I guess you get what you pay for. Every time something failed there was a payment link being sent before the issue is even resolved. Nothing has been corrected, my automations have been failing causing horrible customer service responses on my end. On top of a 2 week vacation the entire company took was the worst thing a business could do is leave your customers with failed automations while you soak in the sun. That should have been split time off for support. A representative threatened to stop our automations even though there has been a communication barrier. save your $750+++ and just do automations the correct way.

Peter is wonderful! Giving small businesses a chance to help start up their business without breaking the bank helped us so much in scaling our business. The only complaint I have is a minor lack of details even when provided templates to copy and paste links and grammar were not properly added. But they were great with fixing and adjusting any minor issues we had. Overall really great team to work with!

Peter and his team did an excellent job. Always on top, would definitely recommend them.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars. From the starting point this company was a PROBLEM… insisting that I pay them off the Fiverr platform ( DO NOT DO THIS ), to not granting me my final meeting AFTER I paid them explaining their delivery. Communication was rushed, the lead project manager was Rude and kept asking for more money that was Not apart of the agreement. What advertised on their platform and PRICES are not accurate so beware. The initial part of the consultation was GOOD as they seemed knowledgeable about setting up a crm however service, always upselling and not fulfilling what was agreed on after I paid them will ensure that I never use them again.

This team is phenomenal! Very detailed work and understood my requests instantaneously. I am planning on hiring them as my full time tech support team for all my CRM needs. They did a great job with my zoho account and are one the most professional teams I’ve worked with in this field of expertise. Thanks again guys.
