I appreciate all the time, effort, and support that you dedicated to the training sessions. The program has been very valuable and has helped me gain knowledge, confidence, and a better understanding of opportunities in Finland.

Thank you for the training! This is a very important topic, especially for Ukrainians in Finland, since the level of environmental education in Ukraine is very low and people do not think about such issues at all. The topic was well covered for a wide range of people. But I have questions about the organization of the event: we received information about it quite late, the address of the event was changed on the day of its conduct and it was inaccurate, it was hard to find the place. During the event, the instructions were not clear, we still did not understand why computers were needed.

Constructive lesson and good material

It was a very useful and interesting training.

I recently took the Data Mastery for Specialists course at TechClass, and it was a very good learning experience. The course is well-structured, covering relevant industry topics with a mix of materials, exercises, quizzes, and a final project. I appreciated the self-paced format, which made it easier to fit into my schedule.

While the exercises and project were useful for hands-on learning, I think some areas could benefit from more in-depth explanations.

I liked training quite a lot, well organized and suitable for people that are on entry level, material written in a simple way that makes it easy to follow. Even if you decide not to follow this field in the future, knowledge that were gained during training are still useful and i would say necessary nowadays overall.

The platform makes learning easy and practical, connecting education with real-world skills. I took the "Data Mastery for Entrepreneurs" course, which helped me understand data, use modern analytics tools, and make better business decisions. The lessons were clear, well-structured, and based on real industry needs. I appreciate TechClass’s mission to make education accessible for everyone. I am a dedicated learner with a keen interest in staying updated on new developments in the technology industry. Techclass has been instrumental in helping me enhance my knowledge in this field, and I truly appreciate the platform for providing valuable insights.

I am someone who prefers remote learning that I can complete on my own time, and Techclass has been perfect for this. The platform offers easy-to-read text and concise, well-crafted videos. I would rate the user experience of the Techclass platform as 10 out of 10. I usually start by reading through the text and then finish by watching the videos for a comprehensive understanding.

Hi Overall the course and study materials were great. I experienced just some minor glitches, for example sometimes right after completing and submitting a quiz I still got a message related to the quiz with an X saying for example" your answers couldn't be submitted even that they were submitted and already counted as green. Anyway, it wasn't a serious problem because refreshing the browser usually took care of it. One other thing I wanted to comment is that I don't think it was needed to answer a pop-up balloon with a smiley every time when changing chapters. It would be faster and nicer if the icon just remained in the corner of the screen and the student himself could click on it and give the smiley or feedback if he wishes to do so without the obligatory prompt. The last comment/wish is that it would be great if the credits used in the course and saved in the Studyinfo were in the ECTS form, not in hours.

TechClass is very practical which made my learning process very effective and efficient

They try to win you over with their support and stuff. after you finish your courses there is no support they ignore all your messages and support tickets. they promise you a physical certificate but when you ask for it nobody answers. very shady and misleading. I will change this if I get an answer on their platform about my questions.

UPDATE: the CEO himself answered me Via email and tried to fix the situation. since he said there was some kinda holiday for the feedback coordinator. so everything is solved now.
