I couldn't survive all of our activities without TeamSnap. Immediate updates right on my phone. No watching for emails.

I wouldn’t give it 5 stars for a number of reasons.
(1) no live person to ask questions or get technical support from. I’m a top level paying customer. I don’t use the app for free. Their live chat feature is unresponsive. Not waiting for an answer in an email to be received a day later. I have used it for 6 different high school teams.
(2) the constant checking of having to look to see if you’ve emailed the entire team when you only wanted to change a detail for a game or event. Happens way to often. It should just be shut off completely. If you wanted the team and players to know then you would manually choose to send it that way.
(3) can’t attach more than 1 item to an email.

Great app recommended over all others

I love this app, I manage multiple teams seamlessly and it keeps me organized and on track!

I love teamsnap. I use it to mange all of my teams. I wish I could send group texts though.

Great service, easy to use! My team has come to rely on TeamSnap to stay up to date on games, practices, etc and track their stats.

I like using TeamSnap.
I wish that it would integrate with GotSoccer so that you could just enter your team ID and it would add that to your team's schedule.

I love using Teamsnap! now all our 5 teams are using it to keep in touch with their players! Then only thing that I don't like is that we have to pay to have the availability active.

I am the Athletic Director at my school and used Teamsnap for 21 teams throughout the year. Great program that allowed me to organize all my athletes, parents, coaches, and teachers. Don't know what I would do without it. The upgrades to the APP have made Teamsnap even better.

I like how easy it is to communicate with my team.

I wouldn't Coach if I couldn't have my TeamSnap!! An amazing site that makes communications a Breeze!!

Generally, it’s a very good product. It serves the needs well, and has many features which allows us to manage the teams and league easily. It is expensive, but fully documented, which makes it significantly better than competitive products. Knowing I can transition league management to another volunteer easily and without having to do a full training (beyond pointing them to documentation) is a huge win.

I enjoy using team snap for our junior sailing program. There are some parts of it that I would adjust, like a time frame for a sign up for event.. notifications for signing up after a certain time period..

I've been using this for years. Best sports team management application out there.

Team Snap is great. Here are a few features that would be helpful in the future...
I would like to be able to add a comment when sending availability reminders. I would like to set "default" parameters for games/practices such as length of the event and arrive X minutes before.

Fantastic app. Can’t exist without it. And the developers have a great sense of humour. I look forward to the app update summaries. Pure comedy!

Great product other than the payment module. It needs to work like a check register instead of making administrators manually calculate balances. It’s a big issue, and one that is leading me to look at other products.

Does what it does well, good mobile client adding custom fields is very handy.
