Great piece of software, that has a few reliability flaws
Teamo is a sports team managing software, particularly in the UK it is used by many field hockey clubs.
The system as a whole is great, its user friendly
We use the integration with xero, it makes running the clubs accounts, and the literal thousands of transactions we do, really easily managed
Teamo / Sportsplan as a company have always been responsive and quick to fix issues, and fairly quick to implement new features requested by us and other clubs.
We've found that managing events, fixtures etc are super easy, collecting money is super easy, and with the improvements over the last 2-3 years with autopay in particular, we've saved a lot of money and collected a lot more. (Autopay allows you to set an amount that gets used in the same was as a direct debit on a credit card - pay say, £60 a month or the balance)
There are a few niggles, and that's mentioned below by some people who are a bit harsh on the product - sometimes the app particularly gets a bit sluggish, things don't load or such but its often quite sporadic and usually falls into quite intermittent issues - if you can reproduce something they are quick to fix.
