Saw an ad for their fizzy tea on Facebook. Actually, multiple ads.
The tea is available in stores, but nowhere near me. They have so many flavors but I didn't want to purchase a full case of a flavor before trying it and knowing if I liked it.
I reached out to them on Facebook, asking if I could purchase a sample pack, and they directed me to an email address. The company sent me a six-pack of samples (they were out of one flavor) completely free of charge. I offered to pay shipping but they did not request it from me.
The teas are delicious and I am excited to buy a full case.
Most companies would ignore my kind of request - even from someone asking to PURCHASE a sampler pack, but Teakoe went above and beyond to take a chance on a potential customer. They gained a customer for life with this act of generosity.
I am appreciative. My favorite flavor so far is probably the "Nurture," lavender & peach. Though I haven't gotten to try the Strawberry Cardamom - I think I'll love that one too. Can't wait!
