Teach Sunday School exists to help individuals, families, and churches grow in biblical understanding through thoughtfully designed faith-based learning resources. We create Bible studies, Scripture cards, journals, and educational tools that are meant to be practical, approachable, and easy to use in everyday life. We are a small, independent business with a mission-driven focus. Every product we offer is created in-house with care, prayer, and a deep respect for Scripture. Our resources are used by parents, teachers, small groups, and individuals across the United States and beyond who are looking for meaningful ways to study and apply the Bible. Most of our orders are fulfilled digitally or shipped directly to customers, and while the majority of orders are completed smoothly, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise — including delivery delays, confusion about digital versus physical products, or unmet expectations. When that happens, we genuinely want to make things right. Feedback from customers helps us improve our communication, processes, and products, and we take it seriously. Customer support is handled by a small team, not an automated system, and we aim to respond as promptly and personally as possible. We are continually refining our product descriptions, fulfillment timelines, and post-purchase communication to ensure customers know exactly what to expect. We are grateful to those who choose to use our resources and to those who take the time to share their experience. Our goal is always to serve with integrity, clarity, and care.

Getting more than what I paid for!!!!!
Here a some of the support received was of great benefit: 1. The speed of your responce was very wlecome. 2. Although I was told the 2 pages were included I thought there would be a separate item. 3. These tools will provide the students info not normally made available. 4. Being able to provide this quality of info may add to the class size lets pray so. Thanks again for all the queslity hel and may your days be Christ filled.

OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE
I really want to applaud this company (TeachSundaySchool). I had not downloaded or printed my purchased copies at the time I bought them. Then I couldn't find it again when I wanted to run off my copy. I messaged the company and within 24 hours, I was printing MY OWN copies. They were so helpful in solving my dilemma. They messaged ClickBank and the next morning my receipt was provided to me by CB and I had my copy!!
This is not my first purchase from TeachSundaySchool and it certainly won't be my last!! With customer service like that, how could it be?!!

Excellent with communication!
The company is very responsive. There was an issue with the texting on my phone and I needed the PDF of a study guide. They were able to send it to me through email.
Also, in addition to excellent communication, they also have fabulous study guides which are very helpful.

Hi Kathy!
Thank you for your feedback, and we're so sorry to hear the sticker you ordered wasn’t what you expected.
It was designed as a 5-inch peel-and-stick Bible sticker as described. however, we do understand that the print size may still feel too small depending on how you planned to use it.
If you would find a digital version more helpful, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist so you can zoom in as needed: https://teachsundayschool.com/i/contact/

Beware This Vendor - Possible Elder Abuse
Beware this vendor: I thought I made a one-time purchase of bible flashcards for $21.38 in December of 2024. But they charged me the same amount each month from January 2025 until February of 2026 without sending me any additional items, goods, or services. In my opinion, this vendor does not make it clear that they are running a subscription service on purpose and may be taking advantage of elders. Nine other Christians have reported this company on Trustpilot for its deceptive practices.

Nice but could be improved
Quality materials well thought out and presented. Pricing reasonable. Two suggestions.
1) Books of the Bible have some overlap and in order to get the bundle, you can double-up easily.
2) it would be nice if the site could alert users of doubling up purchases.

Hi Robert!
Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re really glad you’re enjoying the materials!
We also appreciate you pointing this out. During checkout, we sometimes offer additional studies or bundles at a discounted rate.
In some cases, the bundle is offered separately after the initial purchase, which can make it possible to accidentally double up.
For example, a single study like Ephesians may be offered first, then a bundle of 3 additional studies at a lower per-study price. In other cases, the full bundle may include the original study so everything is accessible in one place.
We understand how this can be confusing, and we’re working on making this clearer and easier to follow.
If you ended up with any duplicate studies, please feel free to reach out to us here and we’ll be happy to make it right:

Hi Dawn!
We're sorry to hear about your concern.
It appears that the order may have included a product that comes with a subscription. The terms for subscription products are shown in two places: on the order page before purchase and in the receipt that is automatically sent after the order is completed.
We do not change company names or attempt to hide billing activity.
That said, we never want anyone to feel confused or frustrated about a charge. As indicated in our terms, subscriptions can always be canceled at any time with a simple email, and we are always happy to help resolve situations like this.
We would truly appreciate the opportunity to look into your specific order and make things right.
Please contact us directly at marykate@teachsundayschool.com so we can review your account and assist you.
We'll also request information through Trustpilot so you can reply in a way that's most convenient for you.
Looking forward to sorting this out for you!

BEWARE the subscrpition fees!!
If I could give them fewer stars I would have. BEWARE when you purchase from this merchant you are agreeing to a subscription!!! To cancel it you have to go to: clkbank.com and request a subscription cancellation. They have no direct contact information on their website.

Don't get this from here. They steal your money then delete your sign in membership. I just don't understand how people can be so rotten to steal under the name of a Christian service.

I’m truly sorry this happened. I can understand why you’d feel this way, and we're sad that this was your experience with us.
What you ran into came from a support system issue on our end that has already been fixed. We’ve also made improvements to make sure customers can reliably access their accounts and get help quickly when needed.
We would never intentionally take anyone’s money or remove access. If you had trouble logging in or were charged in error, we want to sort this out for you.
