All the contact numbers are wrong. Teachers on support even don't reply. They are happy that our coins are getting wasted and now he have to buy more coins and they will earn more money. It's a money making trap now. Disgusting

There is a huge glitch in the website that every contact number showing to tutors is wrong. Teachers on support is not replying. They are not even informing what's going on the website. New tutors should think before they are going to buy the coins from their website. Till now if you will buy the coins, your all coins will be wasted so be aware. And extreme disgust is they are unable to solve a problem even after one month is passed

For Almost a month, every contact number showing on the website is wrong. When you will post the comment on the website, they will immediately delete your comment for the website reputation. And teachers on support is extremely pathetic. They will not reply to your emails. Support team should reply to the tutors if there is any glitch or bug in their website. They should inform the tutors via an email or showing it on their website

I have been using Teachers On for the past 20 days, and it's been an absolute nightmare. The contact numbers provided by the website for potential students are consistently incorrect. I have reached out to the support team over 100 times via email, but have yet to receive a proper response. The only reply I've received is an auto-generated message, which doesn't address the problem at all.

It’s not just me but many other tutors are reporting the same issue. It seems there is a significant technical glitch on the website that is causing every student's contact number to be incorrect. What's worse is that even some of my past students, who posted new jobs on the platform, confirmed that they provided the correct numbers and verified them via OTP. However, the website still shows incorrect numbers to the tutors.

I even shared screenshots with these students to show the incorrect information, and they were shocked to see that the number being displayed was not the one they provided.

This issue is seriously affecting my ability to connect with students and is causing a lot of frustration. Teachers On needs to address this problem immediately. It's unacceptable that a platform designed to connect tutors and students is failing at such a basic level. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
