Simply outstanding
I honestly cannot recommend TeacherActive enough!
Working with them has been a fantastic experience and has truly helped me grow as an education professional. I originally worked with them as a Cover Manager for my old school, so I already knew firsthand how professional, efficient, and reliable they were from an employer’s perspective. When I decided to make the move into supply work myself, choosing TeacherActive was a complete no-brainer. Thanks to their support, I’ve had the opportunity to work in some brilliant schools alongside truly amazing colleagues.
A special mention has to go to Mia Williams from the Liverpool office. Mia has been an absolute lifeline throughout my time with the agency. She is proactive, hugely supportive, and always goes above and beyond to find placements that suit my career goals and preferences. Communication with her is effortless. She is quick to respond, reassuring, and constantly checking in to make sure you're thriving in your roles.
Supply teaching can sometimes feel daunting, but having someone as competent, kind, and dedicated as Mia in your corner makes all the difference in the world. If you’re looking to advance your teaching career through an agency that genuinely cares, look no further than TeacherActive.
Thank you so much, Mia and the rest of the Liverpool team!

Tutoring team are fabulous
I work as a tutor for TeacherActive in Merseyside, working with students not in education. They have been brilliant to work for: friendly, helpful, supportive, and doing their best to find work for me when there is a gap in bookings. The other staff seem very friendly but Elise and Vic in the tutoring team are stars.

TeacherActive is an excellent agency
TeacherActive is an excellent agency, especially consultant Charlotte. She took time to understand the work and roles I was interested in and she is very committed to finding regular, pre booked work. The agency has excellent communication through phone, email and through the availability system on the app. After 2 years of working for TeacherActive, I am very grateful with all their support in my career and help with finding me a permanent position.

I was referred to James by a parent and he has been phenomenal! He has been extremely considerate and provided a supportive work environment especially when it came to being the middle man between teachers and the council. I honestly have no complaints and I highly recommend working with James Fazzani and his team.

Really pleased with my experience using Teacher Active for supply teaching placements. Communication was excellent throughout — my consultant Luke kept me updated regularly and was quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed to sort out availability. He made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free compared to other agencies I’ve used. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for supply work, especially if you get to work with Luke.
