Excellent Service
Having dealt with 2 separate sides of this solicitors I can wholeheartedly recommend Wendy Baldock.
Wendy acted with a professionalism but also a duty of care rarely seen from a solicitors and was looking for the best outcome for my particular case not just for myself but for all parties involved.
Initially meeting Wendy via a zoom meeting I was immediately put at ease and felt like I was really listened to plus Wendy made sure that she had all of the facts and history necessary in order to proceed with a properly thought out plan.
I had regular updates and no question was ever too much trouble plus every action was itemised in a monthly summary so everything was fully transparent.

Will writing with Michael
I had an appointment with Michael Ezimoha on 27th October to update my will. I found him to be very helpful and able to explain things clearly. He also drew appropriate diagrams at times, to make things clearer.
I then had time to study the draft copy at home and he said that I could phone him if I had further queries. In fact I did this and although he had a client he phoned me back the same day and answered my query. A follow up meeting was held to finalise and sign the will.
I found Michael was able to explain things very clearly and nothing was too much trouble. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Revision of wills with Michael Ezimoha
Michael Ezimoha took us through our wills and clearly explained the revisions that had been made. We then went over the additions that we had requested. The new wills were produced and during a second meeting we went over the changes that we had requested to ensure that everything was correct. We found Michael professional and efficient in all our dealings with him.

Michael was always on time
Michael was always on time, prompt, and he explained as often as I asked and he went over and beyond to help us set up our Will. It was a satisfactory process. He set up our Wills free of charge via the Will aid month giving back to charities and the community. Thank you for the work you do Michael. I had my first Zoom meeting with Wendy…
I had my first Zoom meeting with Wendy this morning. I was very anxious and it didn’t help that I had not used Zoom previously and neither had any previous meeting with a solicitor, so I wasn’t sure what would be discussed.
Jane helped me with the zoom set up, then meeting was with Wendy, who put me at ease almost immediately. Wendy explained the process in a step by step manner. She answered my questions and a lot more, of which I had totally forgotten to ask. She explained the costs and payment details and was very professional throughout. I felt so much better after taking this first and usually the most difficult meeting with her. I feel I have definitely made the correct decision to allow her to act on my behalf.
