Bought some sunglasses, which I really like. However they broke after only 1 year and I don’t get any response from the customer service even though i already opened two tickets. My order number is 6970.
Edit: after another week they came back to me and opened a fair solution I would say. Upgraded my rating to 4 stars.

Nice but…
Even though the frame looks nice and impressive I am totally disappointed because they do not pay attention to what they sent. The frame was very loose, feeling like it was the frame they had on display and it has been tried on by 100 people so it was terribly loose.!I would expect better and more detailed checks when they sent a frame that is assumed as luxurious.

Glasses arrived later than stated so i was abroad already.
I bought 2 pairs £226 and was charged by FEDEX £40.
Please take into consideration when buying glasses that you will have to pay extra charges.
I complained to TBD but eventually replied with a sorry but you should of read small print hope we can help you in the future. .......

Wearing mine TBD Welt Eco Champagne/Bottle Green for almost year now, as daily accessory. During summer also during winter. Premium quality sunglasses, everyting what i wanted for soo long.
Shipping to Serbia was about 15€ but nevermind… thanks TBD ❤️

Love this company ! I have 4 pairs now the quality is top tier . Shipping is always free and fast from Italy which is where they’re hand made . Plus customer service is awesome and very responsive . I highly recommend this company .

My order was lost by the delivery company and they promptly sent a replacement order! The glasses themselves are lovely, exactly what I wanted.
