I am making a granite table and was concerned about about the design being stable enough for the weight. Taylor couldn't have been more helpful. Product arrived this morning, very well packaged. I'm delighted.

Just received my steel chevon coffee table legs from TaylorSC. Were extremely helpful in answering my phone enquiry, had exactly the right type/size of legs in stock and dispatched them very quickly. Parcelforce tracking was accurate, and delivery was on schedule. Legs were extremely well packaged and protected. Delighted with the legs set, very strong welded steel legs, powder coated black, with all fixings to put together. Really good quality products, great service, and good value. Effing appalling excuse for customer service. Can't understand a simple question and immediately jumped to blaming their customer (me). Told to RTS delivery, cancel and refund. Then started bleating how they don't understand, all whilst typing in red text! Unbelievable. Why oh why would any business that values a customer choose to commission Yodel to deliver?? Avoid these morons if you value your sanity.

Hi Richard, sorry about what happened to you.
We didn't blame you, we just try to explain to you, the business name you left on our website is not in right colum, and which may cause the shipping company misunderstand it. and this is what you asked in your first email, and the parcel is already dispatched at this stage, so we cannot change it anymore.
You didn't give us any clear instructions at the first email, just asked whether Yodel know that your address is a business. We have wrote your full address with Yodel including your business name although it is in wrong position, but we can't change the address format you left as it is risky.
We just explain this to you, after that, you start to use some bad language (also in first email) to ask us to cancel and refund this order, so we contacted Yodel and tried to call this parcel back.
We will cancel and refund the order ASAP, sorry about the inconvenience caused.
For the freight companies, we have two options, and another one is UPS, customer can choose UPS if they don't like Yodel/Evri/Royal Mail/DX, and these options will show before you pay.

These legs are awesome. I have just used them to make a lovely modern Fenix table. The legs are really good quality. Chunky and made with thick metal, they look really nice.
I had some dealings with other companies selling similar products, Taylor’s was the best not only in quality but customer service too. I needed a refund on some legs I sent back. They honoured the refund and I decided to go back purchase another suitable set which I am really happy with. Small details make the difference. Well packaged and small details like adjustable feet on the legs.
My parcel got lost as Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address so I got in touch with Taylorsc as soon as I realised and they responded to my email and chat really quickly and apologised even though it was not their fault. I was offered a replacement to be sent out or a refund which is pretty impressive and took the stress out of the situation. After going to the Postal delivery office and finding out where they had delivered my parcel to I managed to retrieve it.
As to the item itself..the table legs are welded metal and look pretty solid. Capable of supporting 180kg which should do a good job of supporting my long tv cabinet.
I would definately use this company again as their customer service is so good. The only downside is that they had so many items out of stock so I hope they manage to get stock soon.
