The in-stock book I ordered was never delivered and I got no response from the customer service team. Scam. Don't order from them
Poor customer service. Ordered a book through taylor and francis group and it was delayed for twice as long as it promised for delivery. It still hasn't arrived and im being told to wait a month before getting back to them... lies at every second email. Firstly saying there is no tracking number, then saying the us to canada customs takes longer and that is why it's delayed... how do they know if there's no tracking? Constantly belittled with comments such as 'im sure you know'.... made to be condescending to there customers. I will not be buying from them again and expect a full refund when there arbitrary 1 month is reached and still no book has arrived. Legally ive paid for a book, I was informed 7-14 working days and now there saying more like a month because it's canada... no mention of this in any initial content when I was buying. If there was I would never have purchased from them. Ill sit now and once the month has passed, if my book has not arrived ill ask for a refund and if it isnt timely or it's refused and get my credit card to reverse transaction. Would never buy from them again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service and overall experience with Routledge. My book was initially declared lost by UPS, and I had to spend hours filing complaints to eventually locate it. As the customer, I had to handle this entirely on my own, while Taylor & Francis Group, the sender I contacted, offered no assistance. This level of service is unacceptable.
The worst delivery experience I have ever had. Pre-Ordered a book and the delivery of it was botched 3 times. Their delivery company, Hatchette, is utterly useless. Attempted deliveries with absolutely no notification.
If I had not chased this there would have been absolutely no follow-up by them. Hatchette passed the blame on to the delivery service they used. Got my book after 5 months of follow-up. Very disappointing.
Order supposed to be delivered within a couple of days had still not arrived a couple of months later. Taylor & Francis (aka 'Bookpoint' in order-related emails) admitted this was due to an error in their process but expected me to simply carry on waiting indefinitely for them to fix it. After several follow ups, the book finally arrived. No apology was given when they explained their error - they seem uninterested in taking responsibility or remediating for their failures.
