We look after pets with the same care and honesty we’d want for our own, and we take our time with people so they feel listened to rather than rushed. Our team is experienced, friendly, and genuinely invested in the pets they see. We also do everything on site, including our own out of hours care, so when things go wrong you speak to someone you know rather than a call centre. I would thoroughly recommend Taylors vets. All the vets we’ve met and all the nurses, receptionists etc have been so kind to us. We have just had a very sad time having had both of our dogs put to sleep. The vets came out to our home within the hour, we were kept updated by the receptionists when they were leaving. They dealt with the whole horrible affair with such kindness. They were totally brilliant!
