Terri le service. Keep promising my refund but keep lying. Wouldn't suggest using them.

Got a refund thru these people and promptly sent their 33% via email trans, then within hours debited same amount out of my bank account again
after nearly 40 emails basically telling me to be patient, they quit responding to my replies, but I will keep trying and at some point self represent myself in small claims for $100 to expose their dishonesty Truly remarkable
Beware people

They got me extra refunds from the CRA with np upfront fee

There was an issue with mybanking and CRA, delaying my payment and their payment. They IMMEDIATLY started harrassing me with multiple texts and calls. After talking with one rep, and explaining that I was in the process of clearing the issue up, multiple other rreps were sending threatening texts and phone calls.


Totally do not recommend dealing with these people!

These people are ridiculously relentless…15 emails, calls, texts even before the fee is due to “remind” you. More like harass you until you break or remind you how stupid you are for choosing their service. Never again. I’ve removed their access to my CRA account and I will never use them again. CROOKS!! Their rates are atrocious and it’s NOT worth it. Go elsewhere. I hate them. They almost got me fired. Phone calls, texts, voicemails all day long.

I found it odd that they just spammed me and valled at random. Wasn't sure as to who they were as I never heard of them but idecided to call them anyway. They had my banking info so I honestly thought they were with Service Canada so I continued the dialogue and figured they were legit. When they told me that they could get me the most money back but wanted a percentage of it I didn't think anything of it. When I went ahead with it they were very aggressive with the phone calls and sent me an email pressiring me to pay the percentage in the next 24 hours or it would go to collections. I panicked as I saw the negative reviews and I recently got my name off the collections list so I paid it right away. A few days passed without a response so Inwaa sure I got scammed. Then a woman called to give me the date the payment would be in my account. I didn't believe it until the date came and my account had the money in it.

I was looking into disability tax credit for myself, and they decided to look into my son's DTC, he already has it. They come up with the idea it would be better for his dad to claim it and he can use the write offs. But we don't live together and wouldn't this make him eligible for the monthly payment for my child that lives with me? I just can't make sense of how they think this is helping. I wanted help to apply for it for myself. But there is no money in that for them

CTR has gotten me refunds over the years that I did not know about. I have referred quite a few people and no one has any issues
