I called explaining my situation to see if they could possibly help or handle my type of issue before going into a bunch of details. The RUDE guy stated it would be about $500 just to get in and can I do it. As I was talking telling him let me think about it and was finishing the reason why, (which was not a money issue) he hung up the phone. THAT WAS SO RUDE, UN CALLED FOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was trying to say that I would need to know if they could handle that type of issue and do the investigation before just giving out money for someone to tell me they are not able to do it.

WHY would I want to deal with or recommend a company like that when you ALREADY show your character and don't want to help.

That whole NO COST CHAT and tell you about your options for free on their home page is a LIE! He went straight for the money.

I had a great experience with Ben Fargo at Tax Relief Helpers. He was empathetic to my situation, took time to explain everything clearly, and is very responsive when I call or text him. I truly felt supported throughout the process and would absolutely recommend working with him and his team.

I have been getting different answers every time I call. I paid this company 990 a month, and my taxes still has not been taking care of. It’s my own fault for the situation I am in, but when you pay for a service you expect results. I am beyond pissed. I paid them all that money on top of the IRS withholding over 33,000 dollars from my check. I am in a very bad situation right now. THANKS TAX RELIEF HELPERS!!!!!

They ask me to apply for a loan paying to them to make sure the loan pay the IRS after settlement. They could not negotiate for paying one time with the IRS for a reduce tax owed. They can only negotiate for payment plan. I agreed with that. However, I ask for the loan to pay back to bank who approved the loan with high interest. No one response to my emails, calls. I contact customer service and they refer back to the agent who helping with the loan. He never answer my calls. Now I have to use lawyer, contact consumer affair and file complaints...Do not work with this company. Contact tax lawyer, enrolled agent...Not this company.

I feel like Ben explained everything in great detail and answered every question with great patience. He made the experience feel very comfortable. Also, he got back to me very quickly when I was on hold each time. I look forward to working with him through the process.
