Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service! I booked and paid for a taxi a day in advance to take me to Heathrow Airport. However, the next morning, just ten minutes before my scheduled pickup... Zobacz więcej

Excellent
The operator Anna was excellent over the phone and we agreed a fare without any difficulties whatsoever. I will recommend them to my relatives and friends.

Pre-ordered a taxi to take me and my family to the airport at 08:30 as we had a flight to catch. Taxi didn't turn up at 08:30 so I called their customer service who said he was 2 minutes away (a lie). At 08:45 I was told me he was driving up my road (another lie). When I called again at 09:00 their customer service hung up on me. I had ordered another taxi and was in the process of contacting my card issuer (they took a prepayment) when the taxi finally turned up. The driver was very apologetic but naturally I would never use this company again. Avoid.

Scam company
Scam company, booked and paid for a taxi but I needed to cancel it well in advance (7 days) because the person travelling had covid. I tried emailing and contacting the company through all the means of contact on their website but I have had no reply. Quick to take money but never replying to communications.
