I made a booking for trip from Fiumicino Airport to Rome and return and paid in advance.
They cancelled the first booking with less than 24 hours notice and I then cancelled the return trip over 24 hours before it was required in line with Ts&Cs.
I did not receive any refund or at least a notification that I will be refunded.

They cancelled two trips... and still waiting for receive the money back.
The only way to comunicate with them is via BOT... that repeat the same message again an again.

Prepaid transfer to FCO Rome airport. 8hours before 5am pick up it was cancelled. Email stating refund will be given un 2 days. No refund as yet. I will hold my breath, shall I?

Scamers. They take your money, then they cancel the trip and they don't refund you.
There is no way you can contact them, only an e-mail address linked to a bot.

I am now trying to get refund and I can't even get a human response.
So disappointing they think this is an acceptable way to treat people.

Strongly recommend avoiding this company if you are not Italian as they take advantage of charging your card multiple times even when no service shows up. They know you will struggle to get a refund through your banking institution and provide no way of contacting them. Scam.

Cancels every booking request I try to make and answers with vague cancellation reasons. Unprofessional customer service representatives.

Update to my review and explanation of rating. I repeatedly tried to book through their website and after receiving confirmation of the booking each time it was then cancelled only citing clauses in terms of use as the reason which I found vague. After expressing my displeasure about the service inconvenience the customer service representatives replied with profanity which is unprofessional for a business representative to do. Following my negative review the company has also tried to bully me to remove my review threatening a defamation lawsuit. One can infer from this that their 4 rating average is likely inflated. I would be wary of conducting any business with this company.

This is the worst company ever! I made a booking for a transfer in Rome and paid it directly by creditcard. One day before the transfer they cancelled our booking and promised to give my money back. Despite countless emails, I am still waiting and I only get responses from the robot. Never ever again!
Can I get my money back???????

Update after response TSA:

I already send more than 10 emails with my booking number, name and mailaccount!! I shall trey one more time, but the only response you have to give is: I give you your money back and do as you say!!

Collection no issue really driver a little late due to traffic.
Return - major issues pick up time was time of flight- numerous emails and calls to get a pick up time no response at all. Only responded when cancelled over the 24 hr period to say I’d been CHARGED. BTW Tel number was not wrong it had the O dropped as normal!
This was there response - quite abusing and still totally missing the point.

When you made the reservation, you received a confirmation email, and that is our confirmation. By entering the wrong phone number, you did not receive the text message, which is an additional confirmation, but you had the confirmation email that confirmed the service. Your concern that no one would pick you up tomorrow is just a mental issue of yours; it's not a real problem, it's something abstract and not concrete, because someone would have shown up to pick you up tomorrow. So do what you want, but at this moment I will stop responding to you because you are pretending not to understand.

Reine Abzocke. Fahrt buchen hat geklappt. Dann wurde es von der Firma storniert, da das Auto einen Unfall hatte. Nach 1,5 Monaten ( es steht die 50% 50% Verisnte in den Bedingungen) wurden mir knapp 90 Euro abgebucht.. Und das für einen Transfer der nie zustande kam. Natürlich ist der Schriftverkehr vorhanden.

Do not book with this company! They have small print to charge you with all different kinds of charges! They force you to add the arrival time of the flight instead of the actual time you want the taxi so they can charge you more if you are late. We had met with the driver within the timeframe and he was purposefully talking to his phone and making stops on the way to the car so we can be late and they charged us the next day without notice. After our initial communication, the company stopped responding to our messages.

In their replies, they continue not to address the fact that we actually met with the driver on time and we were charged regardless, refuting the term "waiting time" that is clearly stated in their terms and conditions, and also insulting their customers' intelligence publicly.

As I can see from other reviews, making deceiving charges with an excuse that they are mentioned in their Terms and Conditions is a regular practice of the company. It would be a good idea for them to change their practices to avoid legal consequences, as it is obvious that they are not aware of the current European legislation on misleading practices and unilateral charges intended to deceive the consumer.

I do not recommend. They have Very bad commercial behaviour: they booked me twice once in June when I used the service and the same amount 2 months later. This is what their bot answered
“ Under our "Low Season" offer (valid November 1 to July 1, 2025), the initial payment represents only 50% of the total service cost. The second charge corresponds to the remaining balance to ensure full coverage of your booked ride.
This two-payment structure was clearly stated in our terms and conditions during your booking phase. Both charges are legitimate parts of your single Rome transfer service.”

This is Such a bad and intransparent ripp off. TSA need to make this much clearer in the booking process not part of very small terms & conditions that customers cannot read properly on a small mobile screen.

This leaves a very bad aftertaste to a Great Service.

Don't book with TSA! I booked an airport transfer from Fiumicino Airport to a campsite. Although I only had one transfer, I was charged €69 twice. The company argued that their 'Terms and Conditions' state that the payment represents only 50% of the total price. This is not indicated anywhere on the booking site. The invoice I receive also shows €69 as the final price. I will report this behaviour to the EU Consumer Rights organisation.

Beim Buchen für den Transfer im Juni sah es aus, als wenn wir nur 59 € zahlen müssten. Wir bezahlten den Fahrer in bar. Nun 1,5 Monate später wurde uns der gleiche Betrag noch einmal abgezogen, da es wohl ein Nebensaisonangebot war und es so den AGB hätte entnommen werden können. Hier wird darauf gesetzt, dass man sich die AGB nicht so genau durchliest!!!

Driving service itself is good BUT ATTENTION: they CHARGE you TWICE!! It’s DOUBLE PRICE from what you read!!! It’s a complete fraud, ripping you off! Mentioning in their terms and conditions that it’s a special sales and some months later they charge you again for the same amount!! Really bad! NEVER BOOK IT!!!!!

Complete fraud - they charge you double amount on the credit card after some time.

“Low Season” offer - something never clearly communicated during the booking process or in the confirmation email. Even it’s been paid in cash they manage take second payment from card.

For new customers, they appear much cheaper when compared to other taxi companies, but in the end you end up overpaying. It’s a complete scam. I can’t believe they haven’t been sued in court for this.

Ich buchte für den 04.03.25 einen Transfer vom Flughafen Rom-Fiumicino zum Hotel zum Preis von 51,00 Euro. Diesen Betrag hatte ich per Kreditkarte im Voraus bezahlt. Daher wunderte ich mich, dass auf meiner Kreditkarten-Abrechnung von Juni 2025 der gleiche Betrag nochmals von TSA belastet wurde, ohne Begründung. Meine eMail an TSA blieb zunächst unbeantwortet. Nach Reklamation bei meiner Bank stellte sich heraus, dass die Wartezeit des Fahrers offensichtlich um 12 Minuten überschritten war, aufgrund von Flugverspätung. Deswegen berechnete TSA nach 3 Monaten nochmals den gleichen Fahrpreis! Nie wieder!

Realicé una reserva con ellos, a las pocas horas la cancelaron por no tener disponibilidad de servicio según ellos, me mandaron un email indicando que devolverían el importe en un plazo de 10 días pero la devolución nunca llegó.

Ellos dicen que la reserva la cancele yo por error cosa totalmente falsa, ya que me enviaron un email indicando que me hacen un 20% de descuento por las molestias en futuras reservas y que la devolución está en curso pero no devuelven el dinero.

A todo esto hay q añadir que 1 mes más tarde intentaron hacer otro cobro en mi tarjeta de crédito.

El servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo y después de leer a otros usuarios veo que lo que hacen es una práctica común.
Por eso contrata cualquier otra empresa o coge un taxi porque tienen precio cerrado y esta empresa es una estafadora.

We booked a transfer to Roma airport which was confirmed. But TSA took the liberty to postpone our pick up time twice... Which sounded dangerous.
At the time of pick up, the driver informed that he will be late because of traffic. So TSA cancelled our transfer (as we would have missed our flight). We had to pay for 2 new taxis in the street (so much more expansive at the end)... But the issue is with the refund! They told us that refund would be automatically processed within 48h but nothing happened so far, and it's been more than 3 weeks. I keep writing to them and calling them but they are simply not answering anymore and never calling back.

I do not know what to do to get my 92€ back but for sure, I will not give up and never book this company again!!
