Appalling service - do not trust them. If I could give zero stars I would.

Booked in advance, was assured a taxi would be available and 5 minutes before it was due to arrive, I received a text saying it had been cancelled. This is simultaneously terrible service and also dangerous. As a woman travelling alone late at night, they left me totally stranded. Furthermore they don’t automatically refund the journeys they clearly have no intention of fulfilling - the onus is on the customer to seek this out and waste more of their time which I assume is a tactic they use on purpose to keep people’s money hoping they will give up. Utterly shameful.

BookeD an SUV for return transport to my sons wedding. Rang and confirmed 4 days before event, told all was fine. Told operator the final payment had not been taken from my account, told not to worry. On the day, NO TAXI ! phoned to be told that I HAD CANCELLED!! Then said that my credit card had been declined multiple times, which was nonsence. If that had been the case, my phone and email were on the confirmation, why had I not been contacted ? Also, why would I be asking where the cab was if i'd cancelled. Unwanted stress needed on my Sons wedding day. Also, the number that we are asked to call before putting on a negative review DOES NOT WORK! DO NOT AT ANY COST USE THIS COMPANY.
Apparently, if I want my deposit back I need to make another booking!
I have been in touch with my bank who confirm that no attempts have been made to take the balance and no declined payments. My bank have now opened a dispute with the company and their bank.

Website just doesn't work. Says there are the UK's leading ground transport service. How? When you can't even book. The website is clearly lies.
