There should be an option for 0 stars. They don’t answer calls. The phone goes straight to voicemail. They also don’t answer emails. I gave them a second chance bc the guy actually called me back the first time I ordered and made an excuse that there was a holiday in Germany and the factories closed. Tried to cancel call to cancel 12 days after I ordered and nothing. Finally emailed them off of the website with a nasty email to cancel my order or there was going to be issues (they’re hq is not far from me), called the bank to see if they could stop the payment and within minutes of sending the nasty text I had an email of cancelation for my order. They never tried to make right. This is just a poorly run business. They need to close shop. The website is well built but a dummy in disguise 👎🏽

I shouldn’t even give them 1 star, they deserve 0 star. Please don’t order from them. Take your business somewhere else. I ve been ordering from them since my baby was born hr is 8 months old. For the past 2 months they been so slow on shipping the formula, the first time it 25 days to get my order with no updates I had to keep sending emails requesting an update so we had to givr the baby a new formula that didn’t agree with his tummy. Now again I placed an order of 8 boxes on the 09/09, waited a week then I emailed few times to ask about a shipment date since I was running low on formula again ! The. Yesterday I get an email saying that the order was canceled because they didn’t have enough stocks Abd with zero refund so far ! So please don’t order with then they re not reliable! And the sad part is that they re been careless with baby food !

This company is a fraud. Takes advantage of moms and families. They should be shut down and closed. I have emailed them 7 times. I called the number on the company profile for purchasing and it’s the name of a different company! No response to emails. All they did was cancel my order with no refund. Not a single response to my emails. Fraud. Scam.

I have been a customer for 5 years until today. Something changed with their staff or the availability of the product. I tried to understand the "delayed shipping" issue, until today. I placed an order over a week ago and sent 3 emails asking for the order status, and no reply from their end. Today, I decided to send another email asking for the status, I asked them if the product was unavailable to kindly notify me so I could cancel the order. After 2 minutes of sending my email, I received a cancellation notification. How can they cancel an order without even acknowledging their lack of customer service? My daughter stopped her milk intake for a week because they just decided to take the order and sit on it? I am extremely upset, as I supported this business for many years and no consideration was given.

I cannot urge you enough not to use this company. When I began ordering from them years ago with my first child, they were timely and reliable. With my second child things were less reliable but we were in the throws of the COVID pandemic so I extended some leniency. Now with my newborn they are awful. They will mislead you by sending a shipment notification when really only a label was created - the actual product will often not ship until a week or more later (FAQ says shipments are in 1 day excluding Sundays and holidays). Then when you reach out to customer service they are rude and overall not helpful. Considering the importance of the product they are selling - purchase from elsewhere.

I ordered baby formula over two weeks ago and they keep saying it’s going to ship shortly and it still hasn’t. The website clearly states all shipping will be out in 1-5 days. That is a complete lie. Do not recommend this site.

Update: they cancelled my order without reason or notice. When I asked why they responded with “have a nice day” LOL such a joke of a company.

They weren’t clear that shipping would take weeks even though I spent $20 on shipping charges. The entire customer service is based on ignoring what you are asking them and giving you scripted responses. I tried to reach out a few times and ask them to help or make it right and they continued to ignore it. I would definitely not recommend them. There are plenty of other sites to order from that have been consistently great in shipping of products and customer service. I have used my organic company for formula as an alternative.

They sent me the wrong boxes of formula. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they can do. How is this company in business. Worst customer service I’ve ever heard of.

I purchased 2 month supply of formula for a baby with food intolerance, my shipmwnt never arrived, i have beeen dealing with super slow response from them, they asked me to wait over a month for them to be able to file a lost package claim amd issue a refund, so i have to wait for my money and they did not replace the product or offer any alternative, so i am over 300 dolars short and no food for my baby, they only think a out recovering money from their insuramce a d not a second thought to my baby's wellbeing, buy somewhere else

Given how time sensitive product shipping is, I chose tastyganics. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when an item was back ordered and I had to wait an extra week for it and they refused to expedite it when It became available. This is the ONLY formula my baby takes and it was one hell of a week for me and her. I suggest you improve your customer service.
