Fantastic customer service

Although it was a gift so I haven’t seen it! But I can say that when I initially ordered the chocolate, there was an issue with the delivery address (my error) so one brief phone call later, issue rectified. Would use again

Valentine’s disappointment.

The Valentine’s chocolate gift was delivered on the wrong day. Left in the sun to melt through the arrangement. We didn’t. Know it was there. And we are home every day as I am dying from cancer and this was our last Valentine’s Day together. The sleeve and card I paid extra for didn’t come with it either. It was very very disappointing. I have always back small business as I had my own licensed business in the past. As I said before ... this was sadly disappointing on so many levels.

Everything was so beautifully packed and into a nice box so nothing was damaged. It was absolute perfection!

The chocolate bouquets arrived on time…

The chocolate bouquets arrived on time and the chocolates were beautiful.
Unfortunately the delivery went to the local distribution centre, not my home. When I went to pick them up, the boxes clearly marked “This side up”, were given to me on their side so I had to fix up the bouquets.

One other disappointing point is that the first time I purchased a tastebuds bouquet, I bought them and had them delivered to my friend Amy. Amy’s name is being used every time I receive correspondence. Although I have emailed and phoned customer service and I received an email to say the problem had been corrected… and yet, this survey has again come in the name of Amy Prasad, instead of myself, Kaye Coates
If you could correct this permanently, I would really appreciate it.

Completely ridiculous.... stay clear

Completely ridiculous..... order for valentine's gift in metro Melbourne and delivery didn't happen until 15/2.
Onto the delivery left in an apartment building lobby, signed as authority to leave..... never mind the fact anyone in about 400 apartments could have picked the box up and walked off with it.
Then to top it all off the valentine's add on i paid for wasn't even in the box.
Paid for stuff that isn't in box and a parcel that had to go under 50km couldn't even get there on time....with a courier that advertises overnight delivery.
Appalling I definitely would never ever buy from again.
Wish I had read all the google reviews before i made order.... if I had i would never have purchased.

Delivery service is let down

The item itself is beautiful. However i arranged for it to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I got a notification with tracking the morning of but the ETA of delivery kept changing to next day. I called Tastebuds to check who advised that my item would definitely be delivered by 5pm same day but i watched it go around Melbourne by tracking it for 12 hrs without it being delivered. After 5pm was unable to contact tastebuds & courier but finally got hold of courier the following day to arrange collection. No point in selecting delivery date when it doesnt get there anyway. Very disappointed.

False advertisement

False advertisement. Didn't state that the service were different for WA. Contact people were unhelpful, obviously following a script and didn't know how to help answer my questions. Very stressfull. Package arrived 3 days late and was not notified at all that it was coming. Will not & will encourage other not to use your company.

The product was great but delivered a day early. I bought these as a valentine's day gift and asked for them to be delivered on the 14th of Feb. Arrived a day early. Would have been better if I knew that the person was going to be home to receive it, as it was left at the front door.

Poor quality - expensive

It was pretty underwhelming quality for an $80 gift. I will not be purchasing from here again. I was pleased there was an ice-pack in the box to keep the chocolates cool on a hot day but really wishing I had found the time to make the gift myself. What I got was not $80 value, even with time saving considered.
