Tasmanian Market 

Placed order on December 3rd. Still no confirmation. Phone not in service and no response via email. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Very disappointing. I doubt that I will receive goods or a refund.

I placed my order on 2nd Dec and the order status on 16th is still showing awaiting packing. All while I have received 2 reminders to review the products with no updates on when the items will be shipped

Unfortunately my order still has not been processed, normally I receive updates on the status of my order and it seems it still hasn't been processed for dispatch.

Placed an order 27/11/21! Have since emailed three times to chase it up! No reply!
Called the number several times on the website. It’s not in service!!??
Would love to know where my order is, the contents are Xmas presents!!

I ordered 10 of the tuff stuff soaps from this merchant on Nov 11 as the product is excellent, however as at December 7 I still have not received them. I have tried to contact Tasmanian Markets, but the phone number on their website is not connected and there is no email. I have since raised a dispute over the transaction with my bank.
DO NOT USE TASMANIAN MARKET.
If you want this product purchase it from PRODUCT OF TASMANIA. I have personally spoken to this business and they are professional and friendly.

It could be a five if it’s my mistake. Can’t ring you cause the number do not exist . Have taken my money but no confirmation of where my parcel is

Place an order 7th November where it has been sitting ever since awaiting Hobart staff packing and I have emailed 4 times in the last 2 weeks asking why it is still sitting waiting to be packed and never received a reply I have also tried phoning 4 times this week and keep getting a message that you number is no longer in service
As a result I have emailed once again asking for the order to be cancelled due to lack of communication on your part and asked for notification you have received the cancellation but again no response

I have now notified my bank to stop the payment on this transaction

Have not received my order, paid $91.00. Phone number is disconnected. WORST ONLINE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I LIVE IN TASMANIA AND ORDERED 8 BARS OF SOAP, HOW HARD COULD IT BE TO GET THEM SENT TO ME. NO OFFER OF A REFUND. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY...

I still haven’t received my products that were paid for on the 12/11. I have tried to phone but the number listed online is no longer available . I’m wondering whether this company has any validity?
If it was possible could some Indy contact me & follow up?

Hi. Placed order on the 8th November - now 25th November and still waiting on delivery. Wondering if it has been sent as yet. In the past service has been excellent. Know there is a problem with deliveries but still waiting over two weeks.

I am extremely disappointed after placing an order more than 3 weeks ago and paying through PayPal but not receiving it. After trying to contact via email and their message space on their website there has been no reply. The phone number doesn't seem to work. Will not be using them in the future.

Have not received my order or tracking number, when I check the progress of my order it states that it is still awaiting Hobart staff packaging.

After a month, I am still waiting for my order to even be shipped.

Í've only purchased the one product - Tuff Stuff, but found it to be very effective in removing stains, so purchased 10 more! I've also added the Ruff Stuff to this order, so I can let you know how that stacks up after using it.

I paid by direct deposit and then didn't hear anything until this survey. I bought some soap a couple of weeks ago and it still isn't here.

The purchase of desired goods worked fine, but the actual website and the mechanics of making a purchase just seem a little outdated and clunky. Nothing went wrong and all worked successfully, but I think the progam / website could probably do with an overhaul to really make the purchasing experience really slick and enjoyable. Tasmanian products are excellent. I think their website should reflect this.

Poor communication and potentially money lost/fraudulent company. I placed an order two and a half weeks ago and it has not yet been packed as per my order status. I’ve tried calling the contact number on the website multiple times but it is not in service. I’ve emailed the company also and no response. Next step will be to lodge an unauthorised charge with my bank.
