Ordered a large cardigan jacket which is of decent quality but is far too small for me. I would class it as being medium at best. If you’re thinking of ordering then it will be wise to order a size larger than usual

Awful quality of product. I will never order from this website again.

Unfortunately, the product I received looked nothing like the image I saw when I placed the order. Also, the product runs extremely small and should be taken account when ordering.

Ordered a sweater for my son in Oct …. Said it was delivered …. Never got it ! Told me to put in a grievance with Canada Post … done …. Ordered same sweater 2nd time again delivered but never received …. Asked for my money back and they tel me to put in another grievance with Canada post …. I WANT MY money back … I shouldn’t have to do the running around …. Especially after happening twice …. Thieves should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing my money and doing NOTHING about it !! Any other company would have reimbursed me but now not tell ME to investigate !!!! DO NOT ORDER from this company !!

This is a fair WARNING--- the company from CHINA posts pictures of beautiful quality clothes (Taylor/Stitch). Then they photo image the pattern on cheap "fabric"... and try to get away with it. They then try to scare you away by making you think you have to pay to return it to CHINA~ NOT True! The point person lives on Staten Island NY. return address is:

My purchase was an impulsive IG mistake--- one I should have researched before!

I will say that their support/customer service was very receptive- stay humble and persistent- using words like "PLEASE HELP ME" --- or "OH NO! something went wrong"... PS.Good Luck

Your Return Policy is unacceptable and grossly inadequate compared to your Industry. To send this jacket back because it did not fit right, was going to cost $120. To China, no less. The jacket's cost was $70. It is sitting in a Goodwill store somewhere.

Didn’t fit.. wasn’t like it appeared ..

If I had poly-bagged my bowel movements for the 6+ weeks that it took to receive my order, it would not have equalled the bag of stinking crap that arrived on my doorstep. The shirt and jacket are nothing more than photographs of actual fibers and materials printed on synthetic sweatshirt material. No attempt was made to have the plaid design of pockets align with tabs or other parts of the garments. My descendants will live in shame for generations to come, knowing that their foolhardy ancestor clicked on an IG advert and spent nearly $100 on garments of such extreme worthlessness.

I had ordered gray jacket size XL but received same model in pink size S. I tried several times to initiate return with response. I am little surprised that you are asking me for the feedback. I am going to dispute this charge and to share my opinion on Yelp and Google.

Awful awful awful. The jacket looks nothing like the photo at all. Very cheap material and looks ridiculous. Looks like an old woman’s church coat. Return policy is even worse. I paid $70 for a jacket I can’t return to China for my refund. Let me know if you want it

This product was mis-sized and of sub par quality. I emailed them three times, trying to get an address to return the items. I still have not heard back. Tarmei is a rip off. Don’t buy from them.

It doesn’t look like it was presented on the picture.
And is 100% syntactic. Awful even to touch.

This is perhaps my worst experience with online shopping. Sizing is ridiculous! There were no tags in the garment. No tags for washinf or hat the garment I made of.. The stitching was subpar at best and misaligned in areas!

Save your money! Order USA made when possible.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Ordered 5XL flannels and when they came they barely fit my 11 year old who is a Men’s small. Don’t waste your money!!!

Update… after a lot of emails back and forth they gave me a full refund.

Still not happy about the whole experience but at least I got my money back.

The shirt is not the same color as being advertised.
