Delivery was really fast. Saf is a lovley guy ,very friendly. Very helpful. Prices r best out here. I Defo will be back for bedside tables next week. And large angel wings r half price. Can't wait till I order more stuff.

I bought the sparkly crushed diamond 3d swift shaped wall mirror. The price was the best anywhere for such a high quality mirror. Customer service was brilliant they even changed my shipping address last minute for me as I had made a mistake when I placed the order. The mirror itself is beautiful amazing quality and looks stunning in my living room. Will definitely recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

terrible service. Not sure how these other reviews are positive but well worth reading the negative ones on here..i wish i had to avoid wasting my time.
Placed order after days of defining exactly what i wanted. He told me item was in stock and ready to ship and even sent a video of sofa. Was told item will ship in a week or 2. How naive of me. I waited another 4 weeks and no communication. When I contacted him via facebook ( he also trades on FB market place) he said they had so many orders to deliver and that mine will ship soon as they were just waiting for the delivery/van team to schedule my delivery asap. Hmmm...After another week and half I enquired about my sofa and he said: Oh sorry the sofa had a stain on it so we couldn't ship it, we are now making a new one for you...I waited yet another 2 weeks and no comms,. Next out of the blue after another week, he said the sofa is stuck in the sea with the ship at sea so we will now make your sofa in the Uk and will advise when it will ship. REALLY??.
He most likely thinks everyone is stupid and gullible, Not sure bout these positive reviews - they might well be fake judging from my experience or maybe the lucky ones - you be the judge - BUY AT YOUR RISK. dont say you didnt get a warning! Good luck

Have bought furniture from tarlee
3 times, never have any problems with my items. Good service

Great customer service until the delivery! Asked for cash or payment to a personal account and wouldn't take a debit card payment to a business account!! Gave me three dates for delivery stayed in all day and no show very annoying. When it was finally delivered at 9pm at night it didn't have the crystal buttons I paid extra for. So had to send back and wait another three days for delivery. The sofas looked gorgeous on first inspection. The delivery company would not put the feet on so left them wrapped with me. When they left I found they were black not the silver I ordered. The back of the large sofa seat cushion had a ridge and there was a gap along the arms and back where the foam had been cut too small. There was no fire label on the sofas. I informed Tarlee and they weren't interested in rectifying the fault and told me I should buy a replacement sofa from them for an additional £600 and if I did that they would then send the silver feet I paid for. I paid £1100 for the sofas and expected them to be a quality finish. I can't sell them because they have no fire label and don't know if the foam and material is safe. Very Upset.I bought the sofa through Tarlees Facebook page and made my order through their representative through the Facebook and WhatsApp messaging. This is not a private telephone number but a number made public for contacting Tarlee on Facebook.
I'm happy to share the screen shots of my conversations. I didn't make the purchase through the website because they don't give the option of a pink sofa only grey and cream .My confirmation of the order was done on the Facebook chat and WhatsApp. I wasn't given a receipt because I was told to pay in cash so they could avoid paying VAT. Again happy to share screenshots of this.Tarlees company and address details were confirmed again on the order happy to show anyone. This is a verified review
