I ordered Tara leather cross body bag in mustard. I wanted an alternative strap to use with the bag and Michelle was really helpful in choosing a strap that would go well (it’s sometimes difficult to asses the true colours of things from pictures).

The bag and strap arrived promptly and I’m really pleased with the quality and the look. There was unfortunately a scag on the strap, but again Michelle sorted this out really quickly and sent a replacement. The strap looks great with the bag.

All in all a very positive shopping experience, and I appreciated the personal touch.
