Excellent service and best price around.
The only minor problem I encountered was the item's 3 pin plug had two pins off centre but with some care, managed to straighten them and all was good.

Poor, item not available when stated it was
It shown as available on website, it wasn't and isn't unstock at suppliers. But no correspondence from tap outlet to say so. I was met with a 'well you could try someone else...' attitude. Not great experience.

Somewhat disappointed
I ordered an item from Tapoutlet on 11 th March, 2013 and was given a 3 to 5 days delivery schedule. It is now evening of 18th March., There has been no communication nor sign of the paid for goods. If there is to be a delay please say so.

Tapoutlet provided an excellent service and at a very competitive price with free delivery. I had queries and the staff answered all my questions quickly and a personal service provied by Kiran. The deliveries arrived before the end of lunchtime every day which was really appreciated and the goods arrived in good condition. There were lots of separate deliveries on different days and I would have appreciated just one later delivery for all the products on the latest date.
