Tap O-rings quickly identified online, delivered on schedule. I used the site's own video to fit the replacements and found it very helpful. And the parts actually fitted. Good experience.

We had a leaking spout on our kitchen tap.
They sent a brand new spout and it arrived really quickly.

As I ordered using PayPal the billing address was fine but delivery address defaulted to my old one, nothing was too much trouble for Lindsey, she helped me, called DPD to fix the issue and contacted me again with an update. As you'd dream customer service should be, would use again just because of Lindsey

Ordered a replacement aereator nozzle for an out of production Atlas 4 part mixer tap. It arrived very quickly and fitted fine only downside was it was not the same finish as the original tap. Overall I'm well pleased with the service.

Bit pricey but arrived promptly. No complaints.

Needed a spout O ring set for a now out of production Adobe kitchen mixer tap.

Parts came within two days, fitted a treat and all for the sum of £8.99 delivered.

Our kitchen mixer tap handle cracked, after over 20 years of service this could be forgiven. I was more than a little surprised to find that replacement parts were available at Tap Spares. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon and they were delivered by lunchtime Friday. In this disposable era we live in, it was so satisfying to be able to find the required parts at Tap Spares. Brilliant service, highly recommended.

Fabulous service; had issue with leaking spout on Abode mixer tap due to corrosion.
Phoned on Monday and was offered a free of charge replacement. Requested delivery on Thursday, which arrived as promised. Easily fitted with advice offered. Really pleased.

Only supplier who were able to identify correct cartridge. Delivered in less than 48 hours. Delighted!!

I made a mistake by not checking the reviews before ordering as they weren't great. However, I'm glad I didn't listen to them because I was without a working kitchen sink and these guys were the only provider to not try and sell me the whole unit and only the bit I needed AND delivered exactly on time within the 48h they promised. Cannot fault the service and truly didn't think they'd come through based on the reviews. Personally, my experience was excellent and now I have a working tap!

Ordered an item from them had confirmation email item didnt arrive i had to chase them they said they didnt know what had happened to original item so sent another item out ! really.
Item arrived was wrong one when i got back to them they said i had ordered wrong one i have two confirmations from them both have different items on them. I you look at there website you cannot make a mistake. still havent got correct item that i ordered.

I ordered a kit to replace the two valves on my Howdens kitchen tap and a kit of ‘O’ rings to replace the ones in the spout, which arrived promptly. There was everything I needed to remove the old valves and fit the new ones. I had a real problem removing the spout to replace the ‘O’ rings, and over the years since kitchen installation the spout had become damaged. After a quick phone call to Tap Spares they recommended pouring hot water and white vinegar over a rag and letting it soak in, which worked a treat. I then removed the damaged spout and ordered a new one, which came very quickly.
I personally cannot recommend this company highly enough, and would use them again without hesitation.

I would give no stars if I could.
This is the 2nd order I have had the misfortune to have to place with this company.
Unfortunately they are the only website to sell the spare part for my kitchen spray tap.

With both orders (placed 2 years apart) they took my money and told me to await despatch despite it stating clearly that all orders placed before 12 noon would be despatched the same day, in neither case was the item ever sent until weeks later. When I chased them they blame the couriers and anyone else that they can to hide the fact that they are scam artists.

Never buy an expensive abode tap when these are the after sales people you have to deal with.

I'd rather spend hundreds of pounds buying a whole new tap and spray next time, rather than deal with this company ever again.

If there was a zero option I would have chosen it. Got a confirmation email and they took my money. 2 weeks later still no tap and no response to 2 emails
Will be requesting a refund

I ordered a hot and cold tap cartridge spare for my Franke Eiger tap. It arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had to wait ages to get a plumber to fit these but sadly they didn't fit. The cartridge was very slightly too tall. I recently asked for a refund for these cartridges but because a couple of months have lapsed I was told I was "too late". Basically the Franke Eiger tap cartridges DO NOT fit the taps, so don't buy them! Sadly the tap cartridges will now probably end up on landfill which is something we should not be doing in this day and age.
