Reminiscing my childhood
Their website is easy to navigate even for elderly people. I had no hitches in payment process and within 3-4 days my order was delivered to Ghaziabad. It was nearly arranged and packed and I didn't face any trouble in the entire process. I was cautious earlier thinking the products might be fake but thankfully it's not the case at all. It was my first order and will never be the last.

I had issues with my payment
I had issues with my payment. My order total was 639. I have made an advance payment of 150, but at the time of delivery, I was asked for the full payment of Rs 639. No settlement after that. I feel like I have been scammed. Not buying again if this issue is not resolved.

Guru chela was not the similar
All the products are not similar to the ones we used to have in our childhood. Some products inside the packet are different now. For example, Guru Chela used to be like a mouth freshener, but now it comes in a goli form, which I did not like. I was expecting the same products as before.

worst experience ever. Got expired items. I Have ordered 2 packs of rochak which is already much expensive as compared to market and got both expired packet and moreover consumed some tablets mistakenly. This is very disappointed. Total wastage of money.

The material in all products which you are using is sooo cheap, its directly effecting the consumer health, most common symptom starts from stomach ache only after 1 day. Can't imagine how fassai is allowing this, and the CEO od Tango don't have shame or humanity, they are selling kids emotions in a form of poison, I will never suggest anyone to buy form here also, I will write complaint to Fassai and Ministry of Food.
