Seamless transaction, relaxed sales from start to finish. Luke couldn't of been more helpful. Very impressed with service.

Sadly we bought a car in January 25. For the first week everything was fine. Then we noticed that the performance of the car was getting worse.
Our garage advised us to take it back. Tangelo took it in and gave a courtesy car for the week. After the week was up our car arrived and apparently it had been sat at their garage and absolutely nothing had been done to it!! Totally disgusted.
This car has been nothing but trouble, and finally we have another one now.
I would not recommend this company.

Fantastic service from Luke. He answered all our questions in advance and provided an honest video of the car we wanted to purchase so we could make a decision in advance of a long drive. On the day, Luke and his manager, bent over backwards to get everything sorted for us including preparing the car at short notice for us to drive away that day. Overall, they made buying the car a fantastic experience and the car is exactly as they sold it to us.

Everything very straight forward and to plan. The let down was that my car wasn’t ready as planned for pick up. Obviously the salesman Finn had left the car checkout to the last minute and realised the registration plate was missing. A huge and totally avoidable error as I was five minutes away from picking the vehicle up before I got a call. A customers car must be ready well before appointment. Hopefully lesson learnt.

We purchased a used BMW 1 series from the Exeter branch of Tangelo today, and we were impressed with the service we received. Luke was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and took the time to run through every aspect of the car with us. We were really pleased with the warranty and with the detailed service and preparation of the vehicle. The Tangelo team did a fantastic job of making a 10 year old car look almost brand new!

Great service, we turned up with no appointment to look at a car we had seen online. The car wasnt on the forecourt but they moved quickly to get the car down for us. We were fortunate enough that we were able to get to take the car away the same day with MOT arranged for another time, this has now been carried out. Service from first visit to now has been great and cant fault anyone. No pushing or hard sales!

The Tangelo team were fantastic, I dealt personally with Finn, who was a breath of fresh air! Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions straight away, very patient, never tried to rush me, and even got the car I eventually decided on valeted and washed straight away so I could drive home in it the same day, one of the best traits of Finn, is he listens to what you are saying (and not just giving you the sales spiel)which nowadays is a nice surprise A++++ service

Fantastic service from Tangelo team and Ben specifically, he kept me updated on each stage of the process and sent me a personal walkaround video of the vehicle highlighting it’s features and even picked me up from the train station. Could not recommend enough Tangelo, that is how every second hand dealer should conduct their business. Thank you Tangelo and Ben.

I've been buying cars, for about 50 years, but rarely have I encountered a Company this good. Sales guys were exceptional, car was immaculate, checks and services, also exceptional.
I wish all car sales places were this good, but their not.

I was wandering around the outside looking for a car that I had seen advertised online. Luke spotted me and popped out to see if he could help. The car was in Budleigh Salterton and he arranged to have it transported over for a test drive. I was passed over to a very helpful salesman called Finn the following week, who guided me through the process of buying my car. He was knowledgeable and courteous and made the whole experience stress free, this was important to me as I hadn’t changed my car in 14 years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tangelo

Exceeded expectations.
I purchased my last car from Tangelo and decided to search their stock on line for my next car. Finding a car that seemed to fit my requirements I booked a test drive. All went well and I decided to purchase it. The team were welcoming, professional not at all pushy.
I’ve worked in the motor industry for a major manufacturer for over two decades and know how a used car dealership should treat customers and clearly Leigh, Alex and the team at Tangelo also knows. Great communication between order and collection, immaculately presented at handover and exceeding expectations in every department.
