Responsive and knowledgable

From the first phone call, Michael was friendly, easy to talk to and worked hard to get us through the mortgage doors. Mitchell has been great with answering questions, always a quick phone call or email away. We also spoke with Matthew, of the same company, in regard to insurances. He gave us reasoned recommendations, which we accepted after we took time to think about them. I would say the best thing about this trio is that they genuinely care about doing what’s right for your circumstances, and going the extra mile to get it done. We contacted Town and Country to investigate getting a mortgage for our new build home we where planning on purchasing. We where put in contact with Michael who has been outstanding throughout the process, always giving clear instruction and reassurance and explanation when needed. We now have an offer and are currently proceeding with our next steps of buying our first home. I would also like to add that its quite rare to have responses to queries during weekends and other days when you wouldn't expect due to expected business hours however this didn't seem to be a problem with T&C. We were luckily enough to have Michael Longley as our advisor. Our house purchase wasn't straight forward and Michael was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful at every twist and turn.
