We believe in offering fast and efficient customer service and usually reply to emails within 2 working hours and answer telephone calls within 10 seconds during our office hours of 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Amazing and honest customer services from Kris Stewart.
Kris Stewart was professional, helpful, patient and his customer services was second to none. Kris explain to me all the questions I asked in regards to their services and coming on board.
Amazingly, Kris was very honest in the answers he gave me compare to other companies that wants to sell their products so, they will tell you what you want to hear but, Kris did not do that, he was honest and explained everything I needed to know and what is best and helpful for our company so, this made me trust Tamar products and because of Kris we decided to use Tamar Communications.
Each time I did not understand or wanted to know more about a feature Kris was there to guide me through.
