Tamar Telecommunications have been providing UK businesses with virtual telephone numbers since March 2002. We believe in offering fast and efficient customer service and usually reply to emails within 2 working hours and answer telephone calls within 10 seconds during our office hours of 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our customers have come to expect a fast and efficient response and this we aim to provide to all our customers. Over the past three months, 98.10% of calls we received were answered within 10 seconds.

Disgustingly heartless..
Haven't collected a direct debit in three years so they send an invoice and snotty email every month instead, despite them having our bank details...they tell me they ' don't deal with Metro Bank ( our business bankers)'
I recently had two mini-strokes in a week and didn't (couldn') pay their invoice...
I run a non for profit funeral directors for the community and they have disconnected our 24hour funeral and bereavement support line.
I am not allowed to drive till Friday to be able to get to work to pay their bill and have informed them of this. Their response is HARD luck......we want £100 to reconnect you. Till then don't bother us is effectively what they have told me.
I would beg anyone to consider an alternative to this money-orientated and heatless outfit. I will be porting away from this outfit when I'm able to physically get back to my desk
Please please please....if you run a business and need professionalism and a phone provider to doesn't act like a petulant child having a tantrum....look elsewhere!!

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that your service was disconnected, we have taken some time to investigate your case to see where we could have improved.
Disconnecting a service is not an action we take lightly, and we will always make every effort to contact a customer before this happens.
In this case I can see that we did attempt to contact you on several occasions via telephone and e-mail to discuss your overdue invoice, a payment extension was also agreed when we where eventually made aware of your circumstances, unfortunately payment was still not received.
We always e-mail, text and call well in advance of any disconnection taking place, it is not in our interest to disconnect a customer and disrupt their business, however once we have exhausted all possible options, disconnection is the only option left.
I would like to advise that your account has been reconnected following payment and can be managed via your control panel.

A brilliant find
Good website, clear options with fantastic prices. Good numbers on offer too. Customer service call came through quickly with a very friendly , helpful lady. All in all a perfect experience. We’re saving over £150 per month on our previous supplier whose customer service and rip off prices are a joke.
