Just like the other terrible reviews this company has had I wish I’d read them prior to using.

First time I’ve had an issue with an order I placed using Tamara - I’m unable to make a claim for refund of the goods I returned to through Tamara app and their customer service are full of uneducated people who have no clue how to resolve any issues. You will be stuck repeating yourself endlessly and still get nowhere.

They also have no complaints department and when asked to be forwarded to a manager they tell you “we are all the same” and force you to speak to them only.

Despicable service from a financial company. I will not be using their services ever again. Tab is way better option.

It’s been more than a month since I introduced Tamara to my customers. I have 3 PENDING PAYOUTS that has not been released. Still being held and kept for no reason. They have changed the payout schedule for 5x and til date, there is no money deposited. TAMARA BUSINESS has gravely affected my business operations and I had to stop because all the money that is supposed to keep my business going is with them. They keep reassuring me that “THEIR IS ANOTHER TEAM” working on this delay, but they never came up with a solution in releasing my money. 3 PAYOUTS?! That’s already a lot of money. I will not recommend you this payment method! They have a very BAD SERVICE A-Z.

فتحت اكثر من مطالبة اما ان تلغى واما ان تقفل بدون حلول

ويتستمرون بخصم الاقساط حتى أثناء المطالبة

Honestly the worst company for business registration.
it has been over 2 month that I am trying to register with them , have given them all the required documents , every two weeks they contact me asking for exactly the same documents and again after 2 weeks they ask for another documents they already have

I advice anyone not to use Tamara, last January 2025 when i check my bank statement i got charged with tamara cash advance, i only have few transactions from this app and i always paid on time but when i found out this cash advance deduction I called and sent them emails and for more than 2months now and they still saying they are working on the refund. so please do not use it and always double check you bank statement for unwanted charges.
