I have used Talentfinder on a number of occasions and they have never failed to screen and find me great candidates for my business in the North West. Steph Gallagher always keeps me informed at every stage and they will do most of the lead up comms, legal to work in UK checks etc. TBH, for the price they charge, you will not find a better way of filling your business vacancies.

They continue to pester me with emails trying to sell their services, despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe including threats of reporting them to the Data Commissioner. Basically they don't care

Absolute joke of a company, hounded me for weeks to use them. Because we struggled to get staff I decided to take a chance, paid over £400 and never got close to hiring anyone, we asked for females as it was a cleaning business and people who could drive and had experience of cleaning, ended up with tens of applications of people that didn’t drive, had no experience, were male and some lived 3 hours away from our location, the lady looking after our advert would sign in n flag candidates for us who were never suitable and was confusing when logging in and trying to find people.
Please don’t waste your hard earned cash on this lot, asked for some kind of a refund to be told I would not be getting one, promised the earth and delivered absolutely nothing at all!

Jamie Brown is a credit to the team, he makes the whole process simple and straightforward. We discuss our requirements, he forwards a draft of the advert, and we proceed. Jamie's assistance in filtering the adverts is a great help, as we are a very busy business and don't have the time to deal with the volume of applications. This small detail has kept us onboard, with thanks to Jamie!

Never phoned me back I had 5 roles to be filled lots of swearing in the background

Spams companies, no website, no privacy policy, no GDPR compliance.

Good value, produced a decent number of candidates, but a fair amount of filtering was required.

Ultimately, we we able to find a suitable candidate who has now been working for us for 10 days

Talent finder is of great support especially to do remote recruitment in multiple countries. The platform is super useful and accessing it is super easy.
From reviewing to shortlisting or rejecting and until onboarding all can be done form the portal which saves a lot of time and also help us to be responsive to the applicant. Kane has been of great support and helped to make effective use of the service. Talent finder is our preferred partner for global recruitment support.

I dealt with Paul Shaw. I couldn't of asked for a more helpful guy. Called when agreed, did everything he said he would and gave great advice with honest & comprehensive feedback. Someone in recruitment that actually does what they say.

A total waste of time and money.
Once they have taken your money they will send you anything that refers remotely to your specific requirement i.e non-UK residents, people that have never worked in the UK, people that have no experience in your business area. We had only one applicant that appeared to be worth a conversation, he told me that he did not think he could do the job.

So much for Talent Finder vetting applicants.

Save your money, more importantly
"DON'T GIVE IT TO TALENT FINDER"

Very rude! They have just hung up on me during a sales call. While I was trying to explain things had changed since my enquiry in January and in a polite way that we weren't interested in paying for the service. The salesman was very pushy, telling us we could afford it, why weren't we interested and then hung up on me.

Rude advisor on the phone basically accused me of lying. Had lots of background noise and the guy could barely speak English. Kept umming and aahing, just seemed like this supposed company just pulled a guy off the street to make a phone call to me. Very unprofessional, disgusting attitudes.

Would not recommend.
I paid almost £400 for an advert and was informed my advert would be on a number of different job sites. I didn’t one single application until later and this application was from someone not even in the country who was a Dentist applying for a much lower level job. It was not a tangible CV. I reached out to talent finder and they were not helpful and were dismissive. I advertised on Indeed and within two days had 8 applications. Considering one of the sites they said they were advertising my exact job was indeed but from them l received none but my own exact advert l received 8, I was confused and shared this with talent finder. The response l got was we are an advertiser not a recruitment agency. I wrote a formal complaint to the owner where l was directed by one of the staff. He informed me he was looking into it and would get back to me soon. After some weeks l followed up and still nothing. Almost a month now and heard nothing back so thought to share my experience and review so others can be aware of what to expect and that once you pay there’s not much effort to assist at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and opportunity to resolve but have just been forgotten.

Couldn't recommend a recruitment service more. Beforehand, we used a local agency who gave us about 2 candidates every week.

Not only is talent finder more cost effective for us, we have received an increase in CV's of 3500% not even joking, with 70 or 80 applications coming through for each advert. Yeah of course some of the application are awful, but chances of probability and all that.

The service we have received has been second to none. Emma goes above and beyond every time to ensure the operation runs through smoothly. She is a absolute gem and an absolute credit to the company.

...and no, they have not paid me to write this review. I just think in this day and age, we are swamped with large corporate organisations who give terrible service and usually allow a robot to speak to you first. I think good service should be recognised where it can, because it really is becoming harder to come by, yet is so important for customer retention.

Emma was brilliant throughout the entire process. Kept me informed and was always available if we needed any help.

posted a job position just before Christmas, that they assured me was a good time. They advised that for the position I was advertising for, that the sites they advertised on would be good. I also stated that applicants needed to be living in the UK. 90% of applicants do not live in the UK, and 95% have no experience/connection to the position i am advertising for
