Hi Yasue - As per our earlier communication today, your address is classified as rural (not urban as you have selected) - thus making the delivery time 3-5 days as per the terms of service on the website.
As you have confirmed, your order was delivered today on business day 3 out of 5.
I would highly recommend that you remove your contact details from this review as it can be viewed publicly

Thank you
We are so grateful for the incredible care and kindness shown by the team at Takurua Vets. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported — the staff are genuine, compassionate, and go above and beyond. Recently, they helped us through the very difficult time of saying goodbye to our beloved family dog of 15 years, and the respect, empathy, and gentle care they showed made all the difference.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team who truly care about both pets and their people.
